I had a great stay at James’s place it was very peaceful and quiet. James was also very responsive and gave clear instructions. I love the setup I would definitely book again! Highly recommend to other guest!

I am from the area, but had to leave my home on short notice due to an emergency. I booked my stay within a day of my arrival and Andrea was responsive and understanding. Additionally, I have physical disabilities and Andrea and Todd both made sure the location was as accessible as they could make it even on such short notice (e.g., moved some tables and chairs out of the path ahead of time so I'd be able to get to the entrance with my walker more easily). Throughout my stay, Andrea and Todd were both very accommodating and more than willing to offer help with anything I needed. Additionally, communication is prompt and concise, and they are readily available when needed. Also, they have a tangerine tree, so if you are here in tangerine season, you may find yourself receiving many tangerines! They truly go above and beyond for their guests and I highly recommend their home to anyone looking to visit the Sacramento area.

This property was excellent! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host provided clear instructions, and the house was well-stocked. Five stars!

We had booked another AirBnB location that had at the last minute been cancelled. Fortunately, Austin's apartment actually turned out being closer to our family's Christmas festivities. He also was flexible & worked with me with a special accommodation that I had. I was able to make the trip from another state without having to be stressed out. He also replaced a coffee maker within 10 minutes of our request to him. The apartment was perfect for us! Size, cleanliness & a feeling of complete safety in the neighborhood made the trip work out beautifully for us.

Comfy and easy place for my kids and I to stay while visiting family in the area. Frances was kind and communicative.

Was very satisfied with our stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and clean, great large sidewalks for walking and running. The house was clean and ready for us upon a very late arrival, so we were very apprecitive of that. Linens and towels were neat and smelled clean! Overall a cute and quaint place to stay for our friend’s wedding, which was less than 10 minutes away. Great private location with delicious spots in town for food. Very easy check-in/out. A full-length mirror or just any additional beside the bathroom would have been nice. Also, (not necessarily a negative) the host did not personally reach out at all beforehand or to welcome us, etc., which I have found helpful in past stays. Great for what it is and would recommend!

Great place, clean and spacious, quiet and with easy access to general area. Would have liked to see more utensils and cookware. We were unable to cook and serve a full meal for our group of 7. Would stay again with those changes.

We were in town for a Spartan race and this property was conveniently located near the venue. It was easy to find and we found three different restaurants nearby that we enjoyed. We didn't have much time to spend in the area, the slept well and felt quite comfortable when we were in the house.

Ideal for our needs! Stayed 5 nights. Friendly responsive host. Water pressure is low in the kitchen but didn't affect the shower. I didn't catch that the private suite isn't pet-friendly so we had to rearrange our plans within our group but worked it out no problem - my error but it was clearly indicated at the home to avoid mishaps. Would definitely stay here again if in need of group accommodation. Thanks, John

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.
