First floor modern apartment situated on Carmarthenshire Coastal Path. 25 meters off Llanelli beach. The apartment offers breath taking sea views of Llanelli beach, Loughor estuary and across to the Gower. Cosy spacious flat is ideal as a base to explore West Wales. The block is undergoing external renovation works from April to December 2026. The views are partially obstructed and the balcony is not in use due to balcony floors being replaced hence the reduced price. No work over weekends

Pembrey Country Park, Ffos Las Race Course, Parc y Scarlet’s, Beaches, Paddle Board Hire, Shops & more all within a 20min drive. One bedroom with double bed en suite with bed setee in living area suitable for one adult or two young children.The cottage are all on one level only a few metres away from level car park. The cottages are situated in the grounds of my house which has a large wall surrounding the property. entry to the courtyard is through a gated key pad entry. The cottages are situated I mile from town centre but pubs and eating places are nearer within walking distance.
