The Barn - Downstairs is a 600 square foot efficiency apartment with a comfortable king size bed, a kitchenette, a den area with a queen size sofa sleeper, a bathroom with a shower and a 55” TV that swivels. Amenities include a patio, a charcoal grill, a fire pit, a pond for fishing, and a nature trail.

This beautifully renovated home sits on 5.5 acres with an acre pond. Conveniently located near I-55 & I-12 and about 5 min. from S.L.U. & downtown Hammond. With prior notification to host you may have full access to onsite boat slip. Depending on size of boats slip can host up to 2 boats at one time. Enjoy a vintage stylish experience at this centrally-located cottage. 2 miles from I10 exit 173, 2 miles from Airline Hwy (US 61) Just 60 miles from downtown New Orleans, 15 minutes from Baton Rouge. 8 miles from Lamar Dixon Expo center. Close to fine dining or fast food. The Rustic cottage is in the back of our property. It has a privacy fence, but is not completely fenced. Nice covered deck with large TV and carport
