This townhouse was just what we needed and as described. Perfect location to stroll to the main precinct for cafes, restaurants and stores along with being situated in a quiet street on the water. We have our French bulldog with us and fencing was great too for her to lay around in the sun outside and chill. We loved this place so much we wanted to extend our stay! Next time…..

Our family had a wonderful stay in Mooloolaba. Jo was so helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Beautiful location, a little hilly but we didn’t mind at all (just something to keep in mind if you are looking at the distances & walking times to different places on Google maps). The home had everything we needed and more, we thoroughly appreciated the local recommendations for cafes, restaurants & activities. Thankyou for having us Jo!

We loved or mini break at Mikey's farmhous. It was a peaceful, beautiful location and the house was very cute and comfortable and set up with everything you would need for a relaxing time away. We especially loved the early morning visits from the cows, the mandarins off the tree, and the outdoor campfire, all which made our stay extra nice.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return for sure. Great location.

We so enjoyed our week at this very very comfortable cottage on Balmoral ridge. Sitting on the deck with wonderful views of the beautiful hinterland countryside a highlight, even in the rain! The cottage has great beds and linen, really clean throughout and a stylish bathroom with super towels. A very well appointed kitchen - with a fabulous coffee machine. Big tv, comfortable sofa etc.. all round an excellent stay. Also a big thank you for letting us bring our beloved four legged friend , we were respectful and grateful he could be with us, We look forward to returning !

A high class homely entertainers delight. 4 generations of our family had plenty of room to be together when we wanted to, and also have separate areas for personal down time. There is something for everyone to enjoy. The pantry and fridge was well stocked, and the welcome basket of goodies, very welcomed! Jacinta and Michelle helped with instructions along the way, and the house has plenty of instructions on how to use all their fantastic appliances. The house is private and the area is quiet, so we were able to relax outside and enjoy the heated pool, relax in the outside chairs and lounges. There is so much to enjoy in this house. Amazing.

we loved staying at Kims with our dogs. Great location and very peaceful. Pool and garden are actually even nicer than the photos. Will stay here again.

This was the perfect home for our family getaway for 5 adults and a baby. We enjoyed the private tropical garden, large living and dining areas and comfortable beds and furnishings. We felt very much at home. We were happy to walk to Sunrise Beach which was about 15 minutes at an average pace. We definitely needed a hire car to get into Noosa and surrounding areas but that was no problem. A small local shopping centre was only a short stroll away which was really convenient.

The Cottage was a great place for a getaway. Ros was a great host, the Cottage was amazing and as it is in the pictures. Firepit was a hit, the back deck was great to sit out and enjoy the sunset. Very relaxing stay.

The house was big and very accomodating for myself and guests also with a great pool! The location was amazing, only a few minutes walk to a cafe and also the beach. Will recommend to friends and family for future holidays.

Our stay was amazing! We enjoyed our stay so very much. It was such a family and doggie friendly home. The doggies had a secured yard to sniff and enjoy and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The home has everything you could need and was really just perfect. The surrounding area was great also, a short walk to the playground, picnic tables and doggie park. We loved our stay at Melanie’s place. Not only was it a bonus being pet friendly but it was only a few minutes drive to numerous cafes, bars and restaurants as well as amazing beaches. A definite seal of approval from our teenage son who enjoyed his very own self-contained annexe for the weekend! We’ll definitely rebook Melanie’s place next time we’re visiting the area!

Stunning views of green pasture, we enjoyed every meal on the deck just admiring our peaceful surroundings. Place was spacious enough to accomodate our 5 guests. Had all the utensils and cookware that we needed and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The local shopping plaza is also a nice 15 minute drive and had everything we needed. Andy called me a day before check in to introduce himself which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. Will definitely book again. Thank you 🙏🏾

The unit was bigger than I expected, very comfortable and close to the beach. The chocolate and biscuits were a nice touch after our long drive. My dog and I had a great time.

The house was just as described. Spacious, nice outdoor areas and clean comfy beds and pillows. Very close to the Kawana sports precinct and straight across the road from the beach. We'll be back next year.

We enjoyed our stay. Property was well maintained. It matched the given description. We went for a walk to the esplanade. Shops were close by.

Michelle was so accommodating to my family and I and worked with us to be flexible around check in and check out times to suit our travel needs. The house was a lot bigger than what we thought! It’s a beautiful home, we swim in the pool, toasted marshmallows by the fire pit at night, went on a morning walk followed by a sauna. Thank you for having us
