A beautiful 550 square foot self built house in the woods. Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of character, while remaining modern. Quiet, private and surrounded by trees. 5 minutes from downtown Nevada City. Near a variety of outdoor activities. Down a private driveway with lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Equipped with a full kitchen, BBQ, big bathtub, art, extra bedding, TV, library and washer.

The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size memory foam bed and a view of the waterfall and garden. Come to enjoy the calm tranquility of the countryside and listen to the waterfall and palm trees rustling. You are sure to have a restful night after a day of adventures! We are a pet-friendly dwelling and welcome all pets who have good house manners. As we do live upstairs with 3 pets - there will be some footsteps from time to time. This unit stays nice and cool in the summer and there are heaters to keep warm in the winter. There is lots of space to socialize and a full kitchen to utilize. Whether traveling for work or pleasure - The Storybook Suite will provide a cozy mountain farm retreat.

Oak Knoll

Come stay in the guest house at Oak Knoll. Property is serene with oak trees surrounding it and views overlooking Dillengers pond and valley. Short walking distance to downtown Quincy where the local shops and restaurants are located. Guest house has own separate entrance with designated parking spot. Has nice outside porch with sitting area. Large studio room with bathroom attached and contains kitchenette and large closet.
