There is a dual purpose dining table/desk with an ergonomic task chair. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities to prepare your culinary feasts. Amenities includes a spacious full tile shower and a full size stackable washer and dryer. Enjoy sunsets on the outdoor deck with seating and a gas BBQ grill. With lots of light and a private setting this carriage house offers privacy with the feel of being in a tree house. This urban oasis creates a wonderful setting to enjoy Freedom Park with direct access to the Atlanta Eastside PATH trail and connectivity to the famous Atlanta BeltLine. This home was recently featured on the 2018 Tour of Homes. You'll have private access to the entire Carriage House. Candler Park is a walkable Atlanta neighborhood east of downtown and just south of Ponce De Leon Avenue. It was one of Atlanta’s first suburbs and was founded as Edgewood in 1890. It's home to many talented people, plus some great shops, restaurants and bars. In addition to the reserved parking space in the main driveway, there is also free parking on the street in front of the main house. ~1 mile from two MARTA stations - Candler Park and Inman Park stations. Starbucks and Aurora Coffee within walking distance. Freedom Park path access to the Atlanta Beltline. The carriage house is directly behind the main house and has 1223A just to the left of the carriage house door. There is plenty of outdoor lighting and security cameras.

This unit is one of two in a beautiful 1930's southern home in the Edgewood neighborhood of Atlanta. You have sole access to everything in this lovely unit as well as covered front and back outdoor spaces. Parking is off-street at the back of the house We welcome furry guests! Just be sure to include them in your reservation when booking as a pet fee will apply. Check-in is easy and this unit is personally managed by owner, Mary Beth, who is nearby to make sure your stay is absolutely perfect.

This is a private rear apartment in our newly built home, with a separate entrance. We live upstairs but you’ll have complete privacy.

The beltline Eastside trail is a short .2 mile walk and it is in very close proximity to Emory and Downtown Atlanta.

Our spacious basement suite includes a sitting room equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave as you enter the unit. Its much larger (nearly double the size) than your average hotel room. It has a sizable one bedroom with TV, private deck and full bath. The bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and has an amazing view.

Welcome to Tilly and Dave's guest suite! Located on the second floor, with a private entrance. Three minute walk to MARTA for easy access to downtown Atlanta and Decatur. Small kitchen for light meal prep, private washer/dryer, large covered deck, fast WiFi, and Smart TV.
