Welcome to our dreamy guest suite, complete with a huge private deck! This modern space is the perfect home base for your trip to ATL. The apartment is an 8 minute walk from the Edgewood / Candler Park MARTA train station and a 10 minute drive to Mercedes Benz stadium, State Farm arena, museums and theaters in Midtown, and world-class restaurants in Decatur. This is a private rear apartment in our newly built home, with a separate entrance. We live upstairs but you’ll have complete privacy.

Wake up every morning surrounded by nature in this hidden gem, secluded in the heart of Candler Park, close to Emory, L5P, Decatur, Midtown, and the Beltline, and 20 minutes from the airport (traffic depending). This can be your place of respite away from hustle after a long day at work or a concert in L5P, and you'll be amazed at how well stocked such a tiny home can be! This is our year long labor of love, created for our guests to recharge, and we're excited to open the doors to others!

Bright, well lit, exec apt fit for work, family visits or film crews, ~1200 sq ft. A few blocks from Starbucks, Little 5 Points, Virginia Highlands, Freedom Park, Inman Quarter, The Beltline. Each direction you turn will find yourself in a different neighborhood full of bars, restaurants and shops. In Atlanta these are called terrace level apts which means walk out basement. Off street parking for 2 vehicles only, otherwise message host. Street parking available. Main level is my home.

This cozy studio is the perfect space for a couple's getaway, a business traveler, parents visiting their adult children, or a small family. 4K TV and wifi are available. The property is .2 miles from MARTA (mass transit train), walking distance to shopping and dining, and convenient to downtown and the airport. The studio adjoins our home but has a separate entrance and sits on a quiet, private, dead-end street. Small pets welcome ($30 fee). Come stay!
