In Love with Alfama with Private Patio

Throw open the windows and let a soft breeze glide through this calm, radiant apartment. Sprawl out on a leather couch and find your center amid modern furnishings and vaulted ceilings. Move to the romantic, rose-colored patio for drinks at sundown. This apartment disposes an Internet service with the following features: INTERNET SPEED: Download: 100 Mbs Upload: 100 Mbs Type: FTTH We fell in love with Alfama and want you to experience it - that's why we want to share our house with you and why we will give you all the nice tips. Be careful, you may fall in love with it too! About the house: it's a BEAUTIFUL 60 sqm apartment in the 2nd floor of a 2 floor building. The apartment was fully renovated in June 2017 (BRAND NEW). It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. Spacious living room equipped with 32'' smart TV and comfortable separate bedroom with 160cm wide double bed. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom and high speed Wi-Fi. Linen and towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped with nespresso machine, toaster, electric jug, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Basics to cook like olive oil, vinegar, salt and sugar are also available. There is an iron and ironing board as well. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer (a nice one :)), toilet paper and shower gel. Charming small private patio where you can start your day with a nice breakfast, have a glass of wine or just relax. The flat was fully decorated by me and my husband Ricky and we manage it ourserlves. Price for 2 people using the ALL the house; includes the PRIVATE patio and you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room etc. You will get the keys from us personally, and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and Alfama neighborhood. We stay reachable during all your stay. :) The apartment is in an area that's full of history and truly represents the heart of traditional Lisbon. Stroll around its narrow streets to discover little cafes, restaurants, Fado houses, and trendy shops that make up this vibrant neighborhood. A stop for the 28 Tram is just 4min away and Santa Apolónia (metro and train station) and Terreiro do Paço (metro station) are both a 7 min walk from the house. The street is in a limited traffic zone - only taxis and residents can enter. If you wish to come by car, you can park at Largo Terreiro do Trigo, less then 100m from the building. Transfers between the airport and the apartment it’s as extra service - please let us know if are interested. A baby cot is available upon request - please let us know if you'll need it. The Popular Saints Festival is celebrated throughout June in Portugal. The festival in Lisbon is celebrated primarily on the 12th and 13th of June, in memory of Saint Anthony. Across Lisbon's historical neighborhoods you will see colorful decorations, food stalls and live stages to listen to music. As we are situated in the heart of Alfama, during the month of June, specially the 12th, more animation is expected in the streets that surround the apartment and the area will be much more crowded and noisy during this day.

Amazing central apartment on the ground floor of a modern but historic building (totally rebuild in May 2016). Full of light, this apartment has plenty of space for two guests: 1 double bedroom with big closet area, 1 bathroom, spacious living room (dining and lounge areas), little office space and a cozy deck and PRIVATE garden where you can relax and enjoy some fresh air in the middle of historic Lisbon. :) It is situated in a calm street, yet in a central location. We will provide you linen and towels; the kitchen is equipped with all cutlery, espresso machine, microwave, and washing machine. In the toilette you have a hair dryer, shower gel, toilet paper, etc. There’s an iron in the apartment, etc… you don't have to bring any of those things. Passion - Clean Lines & Modern Style Chic City Pad

Passion apartment is located right in the heart of Alfama, in a pedestrian area, with no traffic noise, so when you stay with us, you can rest assured that you will have a great night sleep. Integrated in a traditional historic building, that was fully rehabilitated last year. Traditional and authentic doesn't always have to mean old and moldy, we've set our aim high and our apartment was fully renovated from the ground up, with only one thing in mind, to provide you great comfort levels and all the modern commodities to make sure that your stay with us is truly remarkable. Passion is a studio apartment with a bed and a big TV with cable. Wifi is available and a nice Sofa-bed too. Last but not least there is a fully equipped kitchenette (microwaves oven, domino hob/cooktop, fridge, etc.) at your disposal. Perfect for 2 it can host up to 3. Families are welcome. You will have access to all the common parts of the building, including a very traditional courtyard "pátio" and a small balcony that provides you with amazing views of Lisboa and the Tagus river. A brief glimpse of what this city as to offer. We will endeavour to quickly reply to all guests questions and comments. Following your booking, you will receive an email prior to your check-in. We will be present at the time of your check-in, and available throughout the duration of your stay. Meanwhile just relax and enjoy Lisboa, you're in good caring hands. Located in historic Alfama, the apartment is within walking distance of the city's main points of interest, including the Cathedral and the Castle of São Jorge, while downtown is also just steps away. Enjoy stunning city views from nearby viewpoints. The easiest and by far the fastest way to reach Alfama, coming from the airport is by Taxi/Private transfer. Boutique Design Loft in Fisherman's House

This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.

Calm and Cosy Apartment in the Center of Lisbon

Tem dois quartos, uma sala com sofá cama, uma casa de banho e uma cozinha totalmente equipada. The apartment is located in one of the most characteristic districts in Central Lisbon. It's near the Hotel Ritz, Parque Eduardo VII, Marquês de Pombal and Avenida da Liberdade. O apartamento fico perto de três estações de metro e de várias paragens de autocarro. Para quem prefere andar a pé, o apartamento fica perto de outros bairros interessantes da cidade.

Welcome to The Hammock Place! A magnificent, comfortable and relaxing place to stay in Ajuda, Lisbon with the perfect location to visit Belém. Enjoy a magnificent view to the river Tagus lying on a hammock. Perfect for family or friends that want to visit Lisbon and have the luxury to stay by the river. The flat was totally recovered a few years ago, having great light and wonderful energy. It's on a 2nd floor with no elevator but with easy access. Certified Apartment - 77138/AL

Renovated, spacious, sunny home in the old center

Spacious but cozy renovated apartment in downtown, in the historical center. Stay right in the middle of the World Heritage neighborhood Baixa Pombalina, in a 200 years old building, in a typical local home. Experience living with examples of traditional ceramic tiles, and the wood beams part of the world's first anti-earthquake system, the Pombaline Cage. —NOTE— There is renovation work going on in other apartment in the building, until July. Some noise is expected during day time.
