Skvělé ubytování! Vše čisté, měli jsme vše co jsme potřebovali, dobře vybavená kuchyně i zahrada-pěkné posezení s grilem :) v létě bazén. Hezké procházky po okolí. Hostitelé moc milí, doporučujeme, určitě se ještě někdy vrátíme. Děkujeme za hezké Velikonoce :)

We spent the weekend as a group of 10 people. The accommodation by Veronika is perfect for this. You have a lot of space, a hot tub, a lake, and a fireplace in the living room. Additionally, it's only 10 minutes away from České Budějovice, which also offers a lot of opportunities. The only negative aspect about the apartment was the radiator which was too loud during the night. After talking to Veronika about it, she quickly came over and turned it off. Thanks for that! :)

We absolutely loved our stay in the house. It felt like a home away from home. Gabriela provided lots of information and quickly responded to any question we had. The area is so peaceful and there is lots to see and do. Thank you Gabriela and Sona!

Wir waren eine Freundesgruppe aus 9 Personen und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Das Haus war groß und sauber mit einem schönen Garten. Man ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 10-15min am Strand. Petr stand bei Rückfragen immer zu Verfügung. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die wichtigsten Utensilien waren vorhanden, sogar Spielzeug und ein Reisebett, sowie Kinderteller und Becher waren zu finden. Die Kommunikation verlief schnell, einfach und freundlich. Die Umgebung ist ruhig mit einer tollen Kulisse am See.

We had so much fun and felt completely at home. Communication before and during our stay was excellent – the property manager was always available and took great care of everything. Highly recommended for group events or getaways. We’d love to come back!

Sehr schönes kleines Häuschen in sehr ruhiger Lage. Es ist auch alles da was man braucht, von ausreichend Besteck und Geschirr, sowie die wichtigsten Küchengeräte. Nur weiterzuempfehlen.

Uriges Landhaus mit feudaler Ausstattung und Liebe zum Detail 9/10 Am Rand des Böhmerwalds nahe an lauschigen Schigebieten ist dieses Haus auch bestens für Sommerurlaube geeignet. Mit liebevollen Details ausgestattet erzählt jeder Raum eine Geschichte für sich. Die sanitären Anlagen sind sauber, Betten angenehm, die Wohnküche mit reichlich Platz und notwendigen Gerätschaften für gemeinsame Koch-Erlebnissen ausgestattet, einzig ein Dunstabzug fehlt. Die Ruhe in der ländlichen Umgebung ist trotz bester Straßen-Anbindung sagenhaft. Die Außenbereiche erlauben trotz leichter Hanglage ausgiebige Spiele, Grillabende und die Aussicht von oben auf das wetterleuchtende Mühlviertel, und laden zu Erkundungs-Spaziergängen im Wald ein.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und hatten alles was wir gebraucht haben. Super Ausstattung mit 2 Bädern, zusätzlicher Toilette, spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, grill, Parkplatz,... Der check in war problemlos und früher möglich, die Kommunikation mit Peter war super, er war immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist in 2. Reihe zum See mit schönem Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. 3 kleine Punkte mit Verbesserungspotential: der Grill war leider überhaupt nicht sauber, die Wohnung war sehr kalt als wir ankamen (13 Grad) und der Rasen hätte vor der Anreise gemäht sein können. Ansonsten alles top und aufjedenfall zu empfehlen.

Wir verbrachten eine Nacht in Christians Wohnung. Ich bin zufrieden, alles war in Ordnung😊 Gemütlich, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Unser kleiner Junge hat sich sehr über die vielen Spielsachen gefreut 🤗 Christian hat sogar ein Reisebett bekommen, vielen lieben Dank dafür! Es gibt auch einen Garten, in dem man im Sommer sehr schön draußen sitzen kann, auch mit vielen Dingen für Kinder. Ich kann es nur empfehlen!😊

Schönes, gemütlich eingerichtetes Bauernhaus. Ruhige Lage mit tollem Ausblick. Ausstattung wie angegeben, es hat an nichts gemangelt. Gerlinde war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben sogar Feuerholz für die kalten Tage bekommen. Gerne wieder, evtl. im Sommer mit dem Pool.

The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind and recharge. The hosts were outstanding—kind, attentive, and always ready to assist with any needs or questions, making me feel right at home. Their warmth and hospitality elevated the entire experience. I highly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a tranquil and memorable getaway!

Wonderful apartment overlooking the Vltava River close but on the edge of the Old Town. The apartment is roomy, well laid out and has all the amenities you need. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is large. Kitchen is fully stocked. It is a short walk into town. The Hosts were in constant communication and made sure we had everything we needed. When we arrived and left we were able to pull our car up to the door to load and unload and drive on through to the parking lot which was a short walk away. Very convenient. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The house is 350 years old and has a cool charm to it. Vlad'ka stoked the oven in the kitchen so it was nice and warm when we got there and the rest of the house had radiator heaters. The kitchen served as a great gathering place and was comfortable and welcoming. It was pretty cool outside so we didn't use the terrace but it looked nice. The tub in the bathroom doesn't have a curtain so showering was a little tricky, but it worked out well. This is a great place for a large group.

Das kleine Häuschen ist genau wie beschrieben. Es ist alles drin, was man braucht. Die Betten sind super bequem, alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und das schöne Haslach in 20 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Anita ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation war hervorragend und wir durften ganz flexibel an - und abreisen. Die Umgebung ist herrlich und lädt zum Wandern, Radfahren und Schwimmen ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder, vielleicht auch mal für den Wintersport.

Kommunikation mit Alice war super, wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Konnten/durften auch etwas früher einchecken als geplant. Das Haus, Vorgarten und der Garten hintenraus sind wirklich schön und groß, alles genau wie auf den Bildern. Es muss nur beachtet werden, das man auf ein Auto sehr angewiesen ist. Aktuell gibt es noch? keine Gehwege.

Super saubere Unterkunft mit viel Privatsphäre, vollausgestattete Küche und richtig tollem Bad (besonders die Dusche ist mega groß)

Wir sind sehr spontan angereist, was absolut kein Problem war. Die Gegend war super schön und die Unterkunft sehr einladend, wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt.

Pobyt u Radka byl opravdu pohadkovy. Lokace je uzasna,v male vesnicce u reky, kousek od Krumlova a kousek od Lipna (ani do rakouskeho Linze to nemate daleko). Domecek je utulny, velky a vyborne vybaveny,najdete v nem vse, co potrebujete a jeste mnohem vic, a to i pro pobyt s miminkem a pejskem. Radi jsme vyuzili i venkovniho posezeni a grilu. Urcite bychom zustali i dele, pokud by to slo. Radek je uzasny hostitel,po cely pobyt se o nas krasne staral, odpovidal vzdy velmi rychle na jakykoliv dotaz. Byla to jedna z tech nejlepsich airbnb zkusenosti, jake jsme meli a pokud budeme mit moznost, radi se k Radkovi vratime. Radka jako hostitele a jeho roztomily domecek muzeme jen vrele doporucit.
