Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Sjölyckan

Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende. Vakna upp till fågelkvitter, ta morgonrocken på och gå ner till sjön för att ta ett dopp. Ät frukost på verandan och planera en naturskön vandring eller en tur med vår kanot. Det finns gott om sjöar att gå runt eller fiska i. Blir det för lugnt är Göteborg bara 20 minuter bort med bil eller så tar du bussen, 5 min bort. Mölnlycke centrum ligger 5 km bort. Till Landvetter flygplats tar det 23 minuter att köra. Varmt välkommen!

Dream place by the lake

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Bo på Lantgård

Ett fridfullt boende på Lantgård med getter och katter på Gården. Nära fin natur och skog. Ca 1.5km till badsjö, genom skogen. Även havet finns nära ca 6 km. Beläget 20 km söder om Göteborg med allt som tillhör där. Nära till Kungsbacka och Hede Fashion Outlet. OBS!!! Sovdel och TV på övervåningen. BRANT trappa. Laddning av elbil ingår EJ. Djur kan ej följa med. Städning ingår EJ lämna boendet rent och snyggt. Städning går att köpa till för 800kr Lakan finns att hyra för 100kr/ set.

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Welcome to our cozy guest house, built in our garden. We have built the guesthouse to accommodate 2-3 adults looking for somewhere close to nature with good connections to the city. The house offers fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is a selection utility available if needed. We also have a wonderful child friendly bathing lake a short stroll down the country lane. Free parking on the premise and Gothenburg central station is 13 minutes by train from Kållered.

Laxforsen - Cabin with own lake and sauna

Laxforsen's lakeside cabin is a residence close to nature. You get the lake for yourself, sauna and one bag of wood, the electric raft, rowing boat, BBQ area, deep forests and a large terrace. The 8 beds are distributed over three lofts which are reached via a ladder. - The guest brings bed linen and towels - AGE LIMIT 25 YEARS - children are welcome! - Cleaning the cabin is mandatory - The tub is not available - Free WIFI is available during your stay.

Welcome to my private property in Lindome, Sweden. It is located in a little village next to the vast Sandsjöbacka nature reserve. Walking distance, 400 m to the lake with excellent bading water. About 15 km to Göteborg central station. By car 15 mins, also bus and train connections. The house has size about 70 sqm in both floors altogether. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, washing machine, dryer, diswasher. Patio with grill.
