Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

The apartment is a short walk from The University of Lincoln (0.4 miles) and the Brayford Pool area (0.3 miles) with restaurants and shops with the main High St shops being another couple of minutes stroll away. The train station (0.7 miles) and the historic Lincoln Cathedral and Lincoln Castle (0.9 mile). Sainsburys local across the road.

Relax in the open plan shabby chic living area, that opens through double arched doors onto the veranda and outdoor eating space. Lit by fairy lights you can enjoy views of the beautiful, established garden. Finish the evening in a super king size bed, or double brass bed looking up at vaulted ceilings with huge chandeliers and exposed beams.

Offering every modern comfort, Chestnut Cottage offers a securely fenced private garden and private hottub. Walks from the door in every direction- through woodland to Market Rasen or go up the ridge to enjoy views of Lincoln on a clear day , and of course the walk into Tealby to enjoy the local pub and tea rooms.

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Our beautiful house sleeps 6 people and don't forget we are pet friendly ! This spacious home provides all the comforts you need when you are away from home, a spacious living and dining area, stunning kitchen, utility and sitting area. Of course we cannot forget the scenic garden with hot tub and BBQ.

Belonging once to the house next door where William LEE invented the Stocking Frame in 1589. Ideally situated within minutes of the village pubs and beautiful countryside walks it is close to many local attractions & wedding venues.
