La comodidad del hospedaje es increíble, con todos los detalles bien pensados para que la estadía sea placentera. ¡Recomendadísimo para los amantes de la paz, la naturaleza y el confort!

El lugar está bien equipado, en una zona de mucha tranquilidad. El jacuzzi es excelente! Pondría un banquito a la par de la cama porque estaba muy alta y cobijas extras para las noches frías.

This is an incredibly beautiful property and is like a mini-zoo. There are sloths, toucans, frogs, lizards and other animals around you at all times. If you stay for a few days, you’re likely to see more animals here than what you will see in the park. If you like to hike, I would recommend getting a taxi to the Puerto Vargas entrance of the park and walk all the way through the park and right back to the property (about 9 km). Marise was very helpful and a great host. We stayed here with our 3 young children for 10 days and everyone had a wonderful time. It is a very safe and comfortable place - and you have maid service (included in the price) every day!

La propiedad es muy acogedora y el lugar donde se encuentra se ve muy seguro, y la propiedad es tal cual como se ve en las fotos. Playa Dominical y Playa Hermosa esta a una hora,, las calles para llegar al lugar en buen estado. La comunicación con los dueños fue excelente y siempre sentimos que buscaban como ayudarnos con nuestras consultas,,la propiedad no cuenta con aire acondicionado pero las noches son frescas pues cuenta con una buena. ventilación y con los ventiladores es suficiente para mantener fresca la casa durante la noche.

When we booked this accommodation we couldn’t believe what we were getting. But when we arrived, the place was way better than expected. Usually in photos rooms look bigger and it’s always a little tighter than you expect. Not this house! Everything from the common are to the covered deck, to the bedrooms, to the pool was extremely spacious. The POOL, OMG. Was a life saver. It gets pretty hot in Uvita, and that pool was very welcomed treat when we would arrive back from an excursion, grocery shop, walk or even from the beach. It was absolutely perfect. The property,as well, was way more than we expected. This house was nestled on to a beautiful acreage ranch/ cattle farm. Beautiful cows, horses, scarlet macaws, parrots, toucans, white faced monkeys and numerous bird species would cross our paths daily while we were walking the grounds and chilling by the pool. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy our time in Uvita. Don Oscar, the care taker was the best. Thanks Ileana

What a beautiful spot in the Central Valley. The view from the house is incredible. It’s a quiet neighborhood within easy driving distance of interesting sites in the valley. Clean, simple and organized, we very much enjoyed our stay here.

Hermoso lugar, con vistas impresionantes. Buena atención y si contratan la comida es deliciosa. No depende del anfitrión, pero creo que es importante tomar en cuenta que el camino de acceso es preferiblemente para vehículos 4x4, y recordar que es un lugar muy frío, especialmente en tiempo de lluvias.

We stayed at this location for one night as a pit stop between San Jose and Puerto Viejo. It was exactly what we needed. A beautiful oasis that was perfect for my family’s first night ever in Costa Rica. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and river after a very long day of travel. The coconuts brought to us were a wonderful bonus. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you Yorleny!!

Nice place about 20 minutes from the beach. Walking distance to Nauyaka Falls. Check in was very easy and flexible. Best to have a car when staying here.

Muy recomendado para unas vacaciones de relax en las montañas, una vista hermosa, instalaciones cómodas para una familia grande, bien provista de lo necesario para disfrutar en familia. Camas y ropa de cama de calidad, zona en común muy amplia. Volveré.

El lugar es tal y como se muestra en la publicación, un hermoso lugar. La comunicación con Carolina fue muy buena, destaco el excelente trato de don Fernando, padre de Carolina, él nos recibió y nos despidió con mucha calidez.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Diego's place. Being in the middle of a farm may not be everyone's cup of tea, but for us, it was absolutely perfect, as we wrapped up our two week visit to Costa Rica. Diego greeted us when we arrived, and not only showed us around the house, but gave us a tour of the nearby fields, and even gave us a couple small squash, which we subsequently cooked and ate--yum! We loved sitting on the front veranda watching the wildlife, especially the chachalacas flying from tree to tree, and running across the driveway, and we had a great hike down to the hydroelectric dam--not too far. We also had a great meal at Chumi's Cafe, recommended by Diego. All in all, a very enjoyable stay for us!

Claire’s home is amazing- you are fully immersed in the magic of the rainforest! Claire is extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Since you are in the rainforest it is worth it to know that you are about a ten minute drive or so off the main road into the forest. We saw all sorts of animals-monkeys, lizards and anteater and we even got a glimpse of an elusive wild cat one night when driving through the jungle up to her home around 1am. It was MAGICAL. Thank you so much Claire for your helpfulness and hospitality. We would definitely stay here again:)

We 200% recommend Rocio and Edger’s jungle house to every single person who visit Costa Rica! We absolutely loved everything! Firstly when we made a reservation, we messaged them that we’d like to arrive by public transportation. They replied us back soon with the information. Thanks to their help we smoothly arrived, even thought it was earlier than checking time they were there to welcome us already. Melon milk as welcome drink was super fresh and tasty! It saved us from the heat! The room was pretty and clean and comfortable with everything we need. Rocio and Edger’s smiles brought peace in our mind and heart and we really were feeling like at home. Rocio guided in the garden and told us a lot about the plants and animals there. We could find toucans, monkeys, blue jeans and other animals with her help. And in the morning, there were colibrís flying around the terrace while we were having wonderful Costa Rican breakfast, súper delicioso! It was a perfect stay! Thank you so much!

I cannot rave enough about Nina. If there was a such thing as Airbnb Host soulmates, Nina would be mine! She inspires me to be a better host. From the moment I booked, she volunteered so much useful information about our upcoming adventure in LA de Rivas. Days before our arrival she also reached out on her own and volunteered helpful tips and clear instructions to prepare for our arrival. While staying there, she was also extraordinarily helpful even though she wasn’t feeling 100%. I told her I can’t even imagine how good you are at 100% because she was already the best host I’ve ever experienced at an Airbnb. The house is adorable and full of so much great energy. All the little extra touches are so appreciated. It is well stocked with all the supplies you would want, including extras that she included to make you feel right at home, and to make the stay even smoother and more comfortable. We had 5 full days there and could’ve used more, as the area is so dense with beautiful nature

Es una estancia como la describen: una cabaña rústica, sencilla y sin lujos del caribe de Costa Rica. El lugar es frente al mar y aislado del resto del pueblo y hoteles de Tortuguero. Quiero destacar la gran calidez y atención de los anfitriones: Kevin, Marielos y David. Ellos hicieron que nuestra estancia sea una gran experiencia local, nos sentimos seguros, nos coordinaron los tours e inclusive comida local a domicilio. También todo fue dentro de un precio razonable. Un gran plus del lugar es que las tortugas pueden desovar justo frente a la cabaña por lo que, además de ahorrarte el tour, tienes mucha libertad para ver tortugas.

Hermoso lugar en medio de la naturaleza y mucha privacidad. La casa es bonita y muy bien equipada, tiene ducha afuera para lavarse la arena y ranchito para asar si se quiere. Esta super cerca de playa hermosa y a 15min de uvita, la recomiendo mucho.
