Stefano è davvero un Superhost!!! Disponibile ed estremamente cortese, il suo appartamento è il posto perfetto per visitare entrambe Sirolo e Numana: posizione centralissima, ottimo il servizio parcheggio offerto dall’host e il sentiero breve per la spiaggia parte proprio da Sky! L’appartamento era molto pulito, silenzioso, curato nei dettagli e fornito di tutto. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la spesa di benvenuto offerta dall’host, i vari prodotti per l’igiene (non scontati sui servizi Airbnb!) e le ricercate leccornie per la colazione e gli snack pomeridiani vista mare! Non potevamo trovare posto migliore, grazie di cuore per averci fatto sentire a casa! Francesca e Danilo

Notre séjour s’est extrêmement bien passé Mihalis et Rosalba sont bienveillants et attentifs Une bouteille d’eau et de vin frais étaient même prévus pour nous à notre arrivée! L’appartement était impeccable et comportait tout les accessoires pour se sentir comme chez nous ! Les belles plages de Portonovo sont accessibles en bus (1h15/30) et en voiture (20/30min) Je recommande vivement!

Lucia è stata gentile e premurosa prima e durante il nostro soggiorno; si è preoccupata dell'orario di arrivo facendosi trovare all'accoglienza con una caraffa di acqua fresca e un cesto di frutta. L'appartamento corrispondeva alle descrizioni dell'annuncio; nonostante le giornate calde non abbiamo sofferto la mancanza di aria condizionata, sopperendo con i ventilatori presenti. La cucina è davvero completa, non manca nulla come pure in bagno e nelle camere. La spiaggia si trova a non più di 10 minuti di cammino, e nelle vicinanze si trova un piccolo alimentari, un pastificio, una panetteria, una pescheria e un bar tabacchi. Valida soluzione per una vacanza a Grottammare.

We gingen met heel het gezin (2 volwassenen en 2 kindjes) logeren bij Paola en Luca en zouden het iedereen aanraden. Buiten het feit dat de locatie prachtig is, zijn ook Paola en Luca twee warme, aangename, vriendelijke, behulpzame personen. Ze stonden steeds klaar met antwoorden op onze vragen, tips voor bezienswaardigheden, hulp waar nodig... Kortom, de gastvrijheid waar we op voorhand enkel maar van konden dromen. Bovendien produceren ze heerlijke wijnen en werd er een degustatie georganiseerd voor een zeer democratische prijs. Wij zijn alvast van plan om er terug te keren. Grazie Paola e Luca! Ci rivedremo!

Abbiamo trascorso delle giornate molto piacevoli e ci siamo trovati proprio bene nell'appartamento che è accogliente, ben attrezzato e spazioso. foto e descrizione corrispondono alla realtà. Davide molto gentile e reattivo. La posizione è perfetta per conoscere questa bellissima area dell'Italia, che è un mix perfetto di arte e natura. Assolutamente consigliato!

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

De casa is een geweldig huis, met alles wat nodig is. Veel privacy en prachtig uitzicht. Nicolien, Tom en Sophie zijn geweldige gastvrouwen/heer. Ze zijn vriendelijk en zeer geïnteresseerd in hun gasten. Bovendien hebben ze veel suggesties voor de omgeving, zowel cultureel als digestief. Van harte aanbevolen. Grote dank Theo en Alice

l'appartamento di Armando è stato appena ristrutturato con gusto e senso pratico, è molto ben accessoriato e si trova in zona centrale, molto comodo per la spiaggia e per la stazione

Le logement est situé dans un très bel endroit. La piscine a debordement est immense avec une vue imprenable. La maison est tres bien entretenue et le jardin magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Stefania mais avons passé le séjour avec Pia et Agno qui sont les parents de Stefania. Quel bonheur, une merveilleuse rencontre, très touchante et humaine. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes vraiment touchés par nos échanges et si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons les voir avec grand plaisir.

Claudia's place was very clean and pristine. The sunset and harbor views were wonderful and Claudia was so nice to pick us up at the train station. There is also a bus stop very near. We slept great in her cozy, comfortable bedroom. As in her pictures, there are a lot of steps if that is a concern for you. We would stay here again. Thanks for everything, Claudia!

Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt! Jeremy hat uns einen flexiblen Check-in ermöglicht, da wir auf der Hinfahrt wegen extremer Stau sehr sehr lange gebraucht haben. Jeremy hat sich während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts um uns sehr lieb gekümmert und immer wieder nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist, ob wir was brauchen. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Haus vorhanden und Einkaufen, Restaurants, Strand & Promenade sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Ein besonderes Highlight waren die 2 Liegen inkl. Schirm am Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man findet alles was man braucht. Die Betten und auch der Couch zum Fernsehen sind sehr bequem, die Schränke bieten ausreichend Platz für alles. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum und geht um die ganze Wohnung rum. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf die Hügel und das Meer kann man auch aus einer Ecke sehen. Es ist wie ein riesiges Open-air Wohnzimmer. l'appartamento è bellissimo, in centro, mi sono rilassato molto a starci, aveva tutte le comodità, sicuramente se ritornerò a San Benedetto saprò dove andare ad alloggiare

Accoglienza al top, piccole attenzioni dedicate al cliente assai gradevoli. Casa pulita e in ordine, dotata di tutti i comfort. Prezzo giusti. Ci siamo trovati bene. Zona un po’ periferica ma comunque a pochi passi dal centro di Jesi, che merita di essere visitato.

To były wyjątkowe cztery dni w Ankonie. Bardzo komfortowy apartament, niezwykle czysty i fantastycznie wyposażony. Na miejscu zastaliśmy dosłownie wszystko do idealnego wypoczynku. Właścicielka zadbała o nas jak o własną rodzinę! Zawsze pomocna, profesjonalna i komunikatywna! Z wielką przyjemnością kiedyś wrócimy... Wojtek i Adam.

What an absolutely brilliant place to stay, right in the centre of Grottammare. The apartment looked brand new, it’s very spacious for a couple and has everything you might need from a fully equipped kitchen, a proper espresso machine and even a washer and drier. We were very warmly welcomed and the local wine was a nice touch. It’s perfectly positioned to enjoy all that Grottammare has to offer but despite being central noise is no problem with the windows closed and there’s AC if you need. Would 100% stay again as it was great.
