We enjoyed our stay at Zia’s in Savannah. The home is historically cute and beautiful inside. The location for us was perfect. You’ll be in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of all of the action in Savannah. Great spot!

We had a wonderful stay while we were visiting my son at SCAD. It was great to be able to walk to meet up with him and walk all around Savannah. There were plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby. The place was very clean and owner very responsive.

Our stay was perfect! The house is a dream and looks exactly as expected. The courtyard seating is such a nice addition, we used the space quite a bit. It’s in a super walkable neighborhood with cafes, restaurants, squares, historical sites, a pharmacy, and tons more nearby. The hosts were responsive. I’d absolutely stay here again!

This place was a fantastic place to stay to explore downtown Savannah. We appreciated how close we were to the parks, museums, and many restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when we had difficulty understanding how to operate the gate lock upon arrival. The apartment was clean and welcoming for our stay.

Nice location 25 minutes from Tybee island. Clean rooms that share a bath, thankfully no one else was there during our stay so we had the bathroom to ourselves. Mini refrigerator in the room we stayed in. Both rooms have access to a deck but the back deck does not have seating. *Dog on premises in case anyone has allergies *

This is a really nice place to stay. It is private and on the outskirts of downtown Savannah, with about a 15 to 20 minute drive into downtown depending on the time of day and traffic. The host was fantastic very pleasant and accommodating. They have a very beautiful home that looks like something you would see in a Old Savannah Home magazine. They even have some peacocks on the property which added to the ambience along with their friendly goats. If you're there at the right time of day you'll even catch all the deer that come up in their backyard quite the sight to see.

This place was great. we stopped through during our travels north. The surrounding looked a little scary at first sight but never judge a book by its cover. The home was nice looked like several upgrades were made. My family and I were very comfortable. The host was amazing and responded in seconds to our questions.

We stayed here a month and it was very convenient and fun to walk everywhere. If you’re not used to walking so much you’ll definitely be walking miles if you decide not to drive anywhere. But it’s definitely doable. I walked downtown with my 2 toddlers multiple times — Forsyth is only a few blocks. It was so great to be able to walk with my kids and get to cafes and the park easily. All my messages were answered quickly! The rooms are very large and overall the space was larger than expected! So glad we chose this spot for 4 weeks!

This place was beautiful! Nice little get away for my girlfriend and I. Annette’s home is set on an amazing location! Good for romantic getaways! The room was spacious! Annette was a great host! Amazing conversationalist!

Caitlin was awesome from beginning to end. The house was just like the pics. Located between downtown and Tybee Island. The house was clean. Overall great experience.

Renee’s place was amazing and just what we needed for our honeymoon in Savannah. It was close enough to downtown that we could come and go in minutes but far enough away that we were out of the “hustle and bustle”. It was quite and the back patio area was so serene. The entire house was impeccably clean. Very modern and had everything we needed. The mattress is worth mentioning because it was amazing. We were able to relax and felt comfortable the entire time. When we return to Savannah in the future, we will stay here again without a doubt. Renee was super responsive and had some great local recommendations. Check in and check out were easy as could be. I can’t recommend this place enough. 5 stars all around.
