Close to the market town of Faversham and the historic city of Canterbury, as well as Leeds Castle and fashionable Whitstable, it is an idyllic holiday spot or stopover on route to the continent, perfect for families or a romantic break.

One mile from the thriving village of Wye with pubs, great restaurants and shops for essentials. Further evening entertainment in nearby Canterbury (15 minutes by car or train) and wonderful beaches within easy reach.

The Property is two miles from the closest shop and the nearest train station is Sittingbourne. The property is set amongst beautiful paddocks with horses in livery in the adjacent stables. There is ample secure parking and easy access.

The popular town of Whitstable famous for its oysters, music scene & eclectic shops, pubs & restaurants is a short drive or bus ride away.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This property is within 5 minutes walking distance of the Woods and our local award winning Gastro pub, The Dove. We are only a 10 minute drive into Whitstable & Faversham & an approximate 15 minute drive into the historic city of Canterbury. Seasalter & Whitstable Beaches are also just a 10-15 minute drive away. During the week the local bus runs into both Whitstable & Faversham and Taxis are readily available from either town.

A quiet, coastal retreat, perfect for a break, with seaside walks and cosy pubs a short stroll away. Treat yourself to a relaxing sauna with bracing cold plunge in the garden spa. This barn is situated in the picturesque village of Boughton Monchelsea. It has its own private garden with stunning meadow views. It has lots of local amenities to explore and is only 15 minutes drive from Leeds castle and a 15 minute drive to the train station which will take you directly into London. The exposed oak beamed barn is situated next to a traditional oast house, perfect for romantic getaways and people who want to escape the fast pace of everyday life.
