Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Nice appartment, 53 sqm, located 20' from Paris.

My best advertising are comments. Cleanliness is a priority ( protocol covid) Do not confuse, Saint Germain en Laye (small town located at 20 minutes by RER from of Paris) and Saint Germain des près. It's very quiet and safe. Nice apt 53 located at 5 minutes by foot from the subway. Very close from the main place all kind of shops (shops, food, restaurants, supermarket, banks, bar .) are at less than 2 minutes.Thank you to return my appartment clean and please to take care to the household linen

Cosy Studio next to Paris LaDéfense

My studio is a 7 minute walk from the station RER A Nanterre Ville and bus stops. It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

Cadre atypique et verdoyant proche de la gare de Villennes (ligne J, direct St Lazare en 22 minutes), ou du RER A à Poissy et des autoroutes A13&A14 qui mettent Paris à 30 minutes. Warm, very bright 135m2 big apartment with terrace and breathtaking panoramic view over Paris on the 26 floors of a prestigious residence on the banks of the Seine, 10 minutes from the Champs Elysees and at the gateway to the La Defense business district. Residential area close to all shops. I do not accept any form of party in my apartment, please do not contact me about this! (only a quiet diner or drinks can be accept)

Le Vésinet, maison au calme si près de Paris

Le Vésinet est une ville parc, vous vivrez dans un cadre résidentiel, loin du bruit. Notre souhait : que vous vous sentiez chez vous chez nous dans notre 'Petite Maison' blottie au calme dans la nature, vous dînerez l'été sur la terrasse. La surface de la Petite Maison est de 53m2, elle est idéale pour les familles car les chambres sont communicantes. Accueil et propreté sont nos priorités.

Beautiful renovated appartment with sauna & garden

Recently renovated, furnished and fully-independent appartment in a pleasant house with a lovely garden, just 20 minutes from Paris and 10 minutes from Versailles. Contains a large double bedroom, a lounge with double sofa-bed, bathroom with a large sauna-hammam and a fully equipped kitchen. An extra mattress can be provided if a third bed is required.

Located at the ground floor, our large studio (40m2) is accessible by a separate entrance and comfortably sleeps 2-3 people (double bed + sofa bed). 2 minutes walking from the Marly le Roi station, you will reach Paris St Lazare in 35 minutes.
