Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Maisonnette dans un Domaine historique à Chevreuse

Un jolie maisonnette entièrement rénovée, une cuisine équipée et son coin repas. A l'étage, une grande chambre lumineuse tout confort. On vous accueillera le temps d'une nuit ou d'un long séjour. Dans un cadre exceptionnel, au calme et en pleine nature, à 2 km du centre ville. Grand parc verdoyant et parking privé. Situé dans l'ancienne dépendance du château et dans une vallée fourmillant de sentiers de randonnées, ce lieu vous permettra de vous ressourcer et profiter d'un bon bol d'air frais.

Maison authentique-avec chat!-, au calme dans un grand jardin, et la forêt au bout du chemin, dans village de Poigny-la-forêt.10' de Rambouillet, 1H de Paris en voiture, 35' en train. La maison offre 2 chambres avec chacune son grand lit double, sa SBD et ses wc. Terrasse ombragée avec BBQ et transats dans vaste jardin.En hiver : cheminée avec bois. Deux vélos à dispo. Draps + serviettes fournis.Mon chat Gaspard, sera sur place.Maison non fumeur. Voiture nécessaire. Pas de soirée/fête. Merci!

Cosy Studio next to Paris LaDéfense

My studio is a 7 minute walk from the station RER A Nanterre Ville and bus stops. It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

Nice Flat of 17m2 in Vallée de chevreuse

Nice apartment of 17 m 2 with balcony accessible by lift and giving on the Park of 1 hectare, overlooking the forest of Meridon. Fitted out with furniture in natural wood wax, you will enjoy its double bed, equipped kitchenette, and a shower room with WC. Wired Internet is available for free, but guests can also directly at the reception of the building of a free wifi. My wife and I are at your disposal for any question or special request.

Loft meublé de 42m2 pour 4 personnes, aménagé dans un ancien manège à chevaux situé dans un parc privé et boisé. Etat neuf ( rénovation 2017) . Vue Est sur manège et Ouest sur forêt. Bâtiment comprenant plusieurs résidences. Interdiction de soirées. Pas de bruit après 22h00. Au coeur du parc régional de la Vallée de Chevreuse. A 300m du château de la Madeleine et à proximité du chemin Jean Racine. Centre ville 10 mn à pied.
