Was great to stay at Savina’s place. She was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. We had hired a car and Savina arranged parking across the road for us in the shared underground car park which was helpful, as the property is located about 25 min walk out of the main town. The property is most suited to a family with kids as the second bedroom has two smaller single beds. It’s exactly as described and we loved staying there.

Staying at Bellano and choosing this apartment was the one of the best decisions we made during our trip in Italy 🇮🇹 The town has a very local feel , very accessible to all of Lake Como . The apartment in overlooking the lake with fantastic views .Close to all public transport , supermarket and restaurants. This was hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The apartment is perfectly located right on the lake, with stunning views from the lookout. It’s fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from the kitchen to the bathroom essentials. Check-in was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed with chocolates, sparkling wine, and fresh flowers — such a thoughtful touch. It’s about a 20-minute walk to Varenna, but the walk is beautiful and well worth it. Plus, there’s a fantastic restaurant just across the road. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The hosts were very helpful and anticipated any questions or needs. Easy self-check in. Their apartment size was just right for 2 adults with a toddler for a 3 night stay, and very clean. We didn’t eat in so cannot comment on kitchen amenities for cooking. Nice crib provided at my request. We loved spending time on the sun terrace with our 2yr old daughter, and right across the street was access to a beach which she loved spending some time on. Just a short walk up the street was a good pizzeria and a few other restaurants with outside seating and great views. Downstairs was a restaurant where we also enjoyed coffee and fresh croissants in the morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Our experience at this apartment was truly exceptional. The apartment itself is modern and very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the comfy beds and the lovely private outdoor areas. Waking up to the beautiful lake view each morning was a treat. The location is also fantastic, with a bus stop right next door providing easy access into Bellagio. What really made our stay special, however, was the incredible service from Daniel and Eros. They were always quick to respond to any questions, and they were so accommodating with our check-in, allowing us access as soon as possible. Their local recommendations were spot on, and the fact that they even went out of their way to book restaurants for us was truly above and beyond. We highly recommend this apartment for a wonderful and stress-free stay!

Manuele’s beautiful apartment was a perfect place to stay for our family of five. Manuele sent great instructions ahead of our stay that made check-in very easy, including tips on car-free pathways to the beach and central Bellagio. We loved our stay at Bellagio Love and will absolutely be back!

Most amazing place!! Super peaceful and cheap and yummy restaurants near!! The view is INSANE!! The host is so amazing!! Completely exceeded our expectations! She is super responsive and so helpful!!! We would 100% stay here again!

Federico’s apartment has an excellent location. Description and reviews provided us accurate information of apartment with it’s pros and cons and it was exactly what we expected. Federico responded quickly to all messages and was very friendly.

We absolutely loved staying at Natalie’s. It was a perfect place for our family trip to Lake Como area. Very close to the ferries in Varenna with fantastic views of lake Como. We loved hanging out on the patio for happy hour and sunsets… sometimes it was hard to leave in order further explore Lake Como! Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Luigi très bien située au bord du lac de Côme . Tout était parfait, la maison très bien équipée et très propre et Luigi très aimable et de bon conseil. L endroit est merveilleux et paisible non loin de Milan et de Bergame mais un peu retiré pour pouvoir pleinement profiter du lac et du calme . Nous conseillons vraiment.

Had 4 fantastic nights at Andrea’s place, what a view! He was helpful in so many ways - lots of great local recommendations, the place was immaculate and the hot tub was lovely! We would definitely want to come and stay again at some point! Highly recommend!

Our stay at the little house was great! The views from the balcony were unbelievable, area was quiet, peaceful and private. Kathi the host was a great help, giving recommendations for places and things to do. The entire place was clean, cosy and homely! Only little negative was that we heard noise from the rooms above later on in the evening when we were trying to sleep. However this can’t be helped.

We had a wonderful stay. Riccardo’s home is wonderful and as described. The lake and Mountains View are breathtaking. A great place to relax and be peaceful. Walkable to Menaggio and easy to take the ferry to other towns like Bellagio and Varenna. Riccardo is a great and responsive to all questions. Can’t wait to go back again!

Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber die Lage ist super nah am See. Es gibt ein Paar Restaurants und Einkauf möglichkeiten in der nähe. Die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar sehr sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Sie gab uns auch Reisetipps. Das war das sauberste Airbnb Aufenthalt das wir bisher besucht haben. Danke Daniela wir werden uns sicher bald wiedersehen.

With a week to spend on Lake Como, I wanted somewhere quiet and with personality. Nothing quite measured up until I found Teddy's place. It's on the top two floors with a lot of space and - the clincher - fantastic views of the lake from the sitting room, where I spent a lot of time. There is also a lot of privacy, despite being surrounded by other buildings. I really liked the location in Malgrate, which is walking distance from Lecco. There are several nice shops and restaurants on the road below the property, a good supermarket about 15 minutes walk away and a waterfront promenade that makes a nice running route. Teddie was a friendly and responsive host and was kind enough to drive me and my big bag to and from the station. Would recommend.

This was an excellent four night stay at Gian’s place. First off, he is an awesome host. Super helpful with recommendations for restaurants and sights in the lake como area. Bellano is a wonderful location to discover Lake Como without the large crowds of the larger centres. Gian’s place was exactly as advertised and your money goes much further there than other places. Lots of nice restaurants in Bellano as well and very good value. Gian’s place has everything you need for a great stay in lake Como.

wunderschöne Wohnung in toller Lage, einfach zu erreichen, gut ausgestattet und organisiert! Auch mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen! Die Kommunikation mit Barbara lief reibungslos und angenehm. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cleto war sehr freundlich und hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Er hat uns auch mit dem Auto von der Busstation abgeholt. Mit all der Verpflegung und dem Gepäck zu Fuss den Berg hinauf wäre sehr anstrengend gewesen - wenn wir überhaupt den richtigen Weg gefunden hätten! Wir durften auch unser Gepäck schon vor dem Check-in und noch nach dem Check-out deponieren. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und geräumig und wir durften ein schönes Oster-Wochenende dort verleben. Ci siamo trovati benissimo nella casa dei nonni! Tutto era come nell'annuncio, casa pulita e in ordine; al nostro arrivo erano già lì ad aspettarci come da accordi sul sito. Ambiente molto luminoso, dotato di qualsiasi cosa si necessiti, dal bagno alla cucina alle camere. Non manvaca proprio nulla. Ottima posizione, soleggiata, zona tranquilla ma ottima posizione per visitare il lago e dintorni. Gentilissimo Corrado come host e disponibilità notevole in tutto. Non posso che raccomandare questo alloggio! :D
