It is insulated, has a ceiling fan and air-conditioning. There is an additional wall fan in the bathroom and a clothes hanger for your convenience. No smoking on the property.

Our place is only 2 minutes to a supermarket, 5 minutes to a local large shopping centre and 20 minutes to Darwin CBD. The bathroom is a shared facility with other guests.
