The Byre at Cold Christmas

Escape to the country and stay in a cosy converted barn with a log burning stove and a secluded sunny patio area with outdoor dining and barbeque. Positioned in the beautiful countryside near Ware town, Cold Christmas has an abundance of lovely walks and is conveniently situated close to Hanbury Manor and Fanhams Hall, both of which offer a variety of amenities including a golf course, health spa and fine dining. The Annexe is separate from our house with its own entrance. Basic items are provided i.e. Milk, Tea & Coffee etc. Free parking during your stay. The Cabin Near Stansted Airport

Created to offer a luxurious stay, TheCabin is equipped with a Kingsize bed and luxury bathroom. In the kitchen there is a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, mini air fryer oven, fridge, induction hob, pots and pans. For breakfast you have eggs, fresh milk, bread, and a variety of cereals, jams and spreads. With beautiful armchairs and a bistro table to eat, work or just sit back to enjoy the smart TV with Netflix, BBC iPlayer, etc. Outside there is a small private garden too.

Close to a number of wedding venues including Colville Hall, Down Hall, The Reid Rooms, Blake Hall, Mulberry House, Newland Hall and That Amazing Place, we are also just 15 mins away from Stansted airport.

Transfers, EV charging and car storage available A King Size Bed awaits plus a small double and Z-Bed for children (Total occupancy is 4 people). Well behaved pets welcome. The Barn is located within the grounds of our Grade 2 listed Cottage and yet is far enough away from the main house to allow our guests privacy. The property offers two luxurious double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower and bath. The light and spacious living / kitchen area is fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher and provides comfortable seating for all our guests. Guests will receive a welcome pack of goodies on arrival.
