Mon logement est proche de La gare Montparnasse, le jardin du Luxembourg, saint-Germain des prés, Tour Montparnasse, parc des expositions de la Porte de Versailles.. Toilettes (au 1er étage) et douche (au 2ème étage), sur le palier, à partager avec 4 autres locataires d'autres chambres. A 50 mètres de la station de tramway T2 "Les Milons" (Ligne La Défense - Porte de Versailles) Parquet neuf, peinture refaite, Bureau, chaise, Etagères neufs. La chambre a été refaite mais pas les parties communes, vieillissantes mais propre. Hôtel et quartier calme
