L'appartamento, situato a Le Grazie nel complesso storico del Convento degli Olivetani, è completamente ristrutturato, arricchito con splendidi soffitti finemente affrescati e pavimenti in graniglia sapientemente lucidati risalenti ai primi del 1900. Si trova sul mare a 5 m dalla spiaggia; dal terrazzo della sala e da alcune finestre si può ammirare una stupenda vista sulla baia delle Grazie. Appartamento di 93 mq si trova su un unico livello al 1° e ultimo piano ed è dotato di tutti i comfort.

As alternative location i can offer a lovely attic or a flat fully equiped in La Spezia close to 5terre train station , ideal if you trip with pubblic transportation (no car) at best price!
