Ideal für einen Urlaub mit einer kleinen Gruppe von Freunden oder Familie, insgesamt stehen 12 Schlafplätze zur Verfügung. Die Rustici liegen ruhig, dennoch ist die Verzasca nur wenige Schritte entfernt und lädt zu einem kühlenden Bad ein. Bushaltestelle & 2 Parkplätze sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Ubicato in un edificio da poco ristrutturato dal punto di vista ambientale, ovvero l’acqua calda e il riscaldamento sono generati da una termopompa. L’energia elettrica è fornita dai pannelli fotovoltaici installati sul tetto dell’edificio. L’appartamento risulta confortevole, arredato con stile moderno, situato al pianterreno di una casa bifamiliare che si affaccia sulla strada che conduce in Valle Verzasca. Approfittando della terrazza si può godere di una bellissima vista sul Lago Maggiore.

Il Grottino

Il "grottino" (NL-00003565) è una piccola casa indipendente composta da due locali: al piano terreno la zona giorno con una piccola cucina e un bagno con box doccia, al primo piano la zona notte con un letto matrimoniale. Può ospitare solo due adulti, è disponibile un posto auto privato a pochi metri. Non c'è la televisione. Zona tranquilla e soleggiata, immerso nel verde con ampio giardino per gli ospiti. Distante 16 km dal lago di Lugano, 12 km da Bellinzona e 25 km da Locarno.

Casa Müsu, grazioso rustico in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu è un grazioso piccolo rustico completamente rinnovato. Si trova ai piedi del pizzo Vogorno, a metà strada tra Locarno e le pozze della Verzasca a Lavertezzo e Brione. La prima camera è al secondo piano del corpo principale: ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda è a dieci metri da Casa Müsu: vi si accede con una scala esterna coperta e ha un letto matrimoniale (come in foto) o due letti singoli. Si può aggiungere un terzo lettino. Casa Müsu ha un posto auto privato.

Unsere Casa Rossa bietet mit dem Grottino eine Einliegerwohnung an. Es ist ein Studio und hat keine abgetrennten Räume, siehe Fotos. Für unsere Gäste ist es Raum für Rückzug, Erholung, Komfort, eigene Küche, sonnige Wohnlage mit Gartensitzplatz, sehr zentrale Lage, Nähe zu ÖV (5 Min.), Nähe zum See, geeignet für Paare oder Familien mit kleinen Kindern (Kinderbett vorhanden). Casa Capinera

Das Casa Capinera ist ein altes aus dem 1900 Jahrhundert originales Tessinerhaus. Im Verlaufe der Jahre wurde das Haus etwas erweitert und in zwei Parteien umgebaut. Die zweite Haushälfte wird ausschließlich privat genutzt und nicht vermietet.
