Private Lage direkt am See mit schöner Aussicht - top. Sehr kleines Badezimmer. Rasen war ziemlich verwildert. Es war aber alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

We have a perfect Holiday in clemence’s house!! We really felt at home, cozy and comfortable. The kids loved the place, there’s a lot of toys and activities for them don’t be bored 😂 I would say it was much more than I was expecting!

Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus und das riesige Grundstück übertreffen die Beschreibung und die Fotos. Alles ist vorhanden, alles funktioniert. Der Ort ist idyllisch und ruhig mit wunderschönem Blick und einem angenehmen Aussenbereich, Tisch und Stühle im Schatten eines Baumes, perfekt für heisse Tage. Das Zuhause ist ideal für Leute wie uns, die mit einem grossen Hund reisen, denn das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und bietet Auslauf und schattige Ruheplätze. In ein paar Minuten ist man am See, wo es ausgedehnte Strandspazierwege gibt. Wer mag, kann zu Fuss ins Zentrum von Lausanne gehen. Unsere Gastgeber waren für jede Frage sofort erreichbar, hilfreich und herzlich. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Victoria est très réactive et cherche des solutions aux questions. Notamment elle a fait l’achat d’une chaise haute pour bébé avant notre venue. A savoir à présent il y en a donc une. De même elle a pu nous dépanner sur un siege auto. Par contre pas de lit bébé, le nôtre a dormi sur un matelas au sol. Le gros avantage de la maison est ses 4 chambres, dont à noter 3 chambres lit simple (chambres enfant). L’un des lits est assez basique (2 matelas l’un sur l’autre). La région est exceptionnelle de par le lac et le Lavaux, voire Lausanne et Montreux. En revanche la maison est assez excentrée, au dessus de l’autoroute, à 635m d’altitude. La proximité de l’autoroute d’ailleurs s’entend. Il y a un bus 47 de l’autre côté de l’autoroute, très facile d’accès à pied via un passage souterrain. Les abords vers le nord (vers le haut) permettent quelques promenades intéressantes.

Super séjour en Lausanne, nous étions 7 et tout s'est bien passé les propriétaires sont gentils et très réactifs!

Jocelyn and Jan’s home has a gorgeous view of Lac Leman, and the hosts are kind and responsive. The house is very clean and had everything we need for a comfortable stay. The home location is very convenient, with multiple supermarkets and pharmacy just a few minutes drive away.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Lausanne et l'appartement de Killian a participé à notre satisfaction. Je recommande +++. Tout y est : confort y compris de la literie, luminosité, propreté, fonctionnalités, super environnement avec terrasse ensoleillée sans vis-à-vis et avec vue sur les arbres L'appartement est le lieu de vie de son locataire donc tout est là pour se sentir chez soi. Merci pour ton hospitalité Kilian et tes petites attentions.

Absolutely lovely apartment to stay at, comfortably close to the city center, yet away from the hustle. Lovely balcony, great spacial arrangement.

Appartement aussi spacieux que douillet, très fonctionnel et parfaitement situé pour visiter tout Lausanne à pied. Communications efficaces avec notre hôte. Un séjour très agréable !

J’ai passé un très bon moment, c’est propre, rangé et le nécessaire y est présent (machine à café, sèche cheveux, brosse à dent, shampooing etc). Les transports et supérettes sont au pied du bâtiment très pratique. L’hôte communique très bien les infos et c’est tenu à disposition. Je recommande vivement !

Very cozy apartment in a nearby suburb of Lausanne. Walking distance from train station and one stop to Lausanne. Clean and well furnished. Very enjoyable stay. Definitely go for a walk along the water.

Really interesting place to stay. Modern with first class facilities and high tec. Great kitchen and bathrooms. We ate on the balcony in the canopy of trees and with a view of the mountains. Titus was really responsive to our questions and a great host.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Marines sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir verbrachten zu zweit eine schöne Frühlingsferienwoche in Arndt's Wohnung, die nichts zu wünschen übrigt lässt. Sie ist praktisch und freundlich eingerichtet, für zwei Personen sehr geräumig. Es gibt ein schnelles Internet, was hilfreich ist für die Arbeit und um sich über die Gegend zu informieren. Mit einem Glas Wein auf dem kleinen Balkon sitzen, den Vögeln lauschen und die Aussicht auf den See geniessen - wunderbar. Lausanne ist eine sehr lebendige Stadt, die sicher für alle viel zu bieten hat. Wir reisten mit dem Auto an, das wir bequem auf den Parkplatz vor dem Haus lassen konnten. Unsere Elektrovelos waren praktisch, um uns in der alles andere als flachen Stadt fortzubewegen. Schön war der Ausflug durch die Weinberge der Lavaux und die Rückfahrt mit dem Schiff. Arndt und Lucy waren nicht da, als wir ankamen. Die Kommunikation hat aber bestens funktioniert. Vielen Dank einen schönen Aufenthalt. Nicolas und Regula

I enjoyed my stay here. The place was super clean, tidy and full furnished, and the host was super responsive. The location is also great, with a bus stop a few meters from the apartment. The city center is a 10 minutes walk from here. I would totally look for this place again if I am ever in Lausanne!

The apartment is quiet and good with single and couple travellers. It comes with a parking space, which is perfect for me. A few minutes' drive can reach Pully, a supermarket, and 10 minutes' drive to downtown Lausanne by car. Quiet neighbours, as it is located in a residential area. Viviane is super friendly and responsible. She kept following up about my stay. Highly recommended.

Wonderful host and beautiful apartment. Encountered no issues during our stay (party of 4). Spacious, comfortable beds (1x king + 2x single), stunning views. House is built on a slope (as is very typical for the beautiful area). Outside stairs lead up to the property (ca 10), consider if you require step-free access. Convenient outside parking space for car. We will be very happy to return.

PERFECTO!!!!! Coralie y Peter fueron excelentes anfitriones, el departamento es hermoso, con todo lo que necesitas para una estancia en familia . Nos pusieron árbol de navidad y decoración , todo estaba precioso, además de impecablemente limpio. Además contestaban en menos de 10 minutos, nos apoyaron con muchas recomendaciones, fueron muy amables. Sin duda ha sido mi mejor estancia!!! Lo recomiendo absolutamente.

Superbe logement avec une vue à vous couper le souffle ! Idéal avec des enfants (jouets +++, baignoire, lit bébé, chaises hautes...) Cependant les alentours en poussette (double, pour nous) sont difficiles (relief +++) Aucune nuisance sonore. Les propriétaires (que nous n avons pas rencontrés) sont d une très grande gentillesse Nous conseillons vivement ce logement.

Все хорошо ,квартира удобная ,вид шикарный, единственный минус не работал лифт,но он нужен не для всех ,в моем случае нужен был … !
