The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

It is located in a quiet residential area 400m from the sea and 10- 15 minutes' walk from the Kotor old town. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. There is a local bus stop in front of the house.
