O apartamento fica em uma região ótima, próximo de tudo, acolhedor e muito confortável. Bem equipado e a Gaby deixa produtos para facilitar a hospedagem. Muito fácil de fazer o check in. Recomendo bastante!!☺️

Fantastic place and host! Great area and perfect to with little ones! Pool area is wonderful! And lots of stuff to do around the area. Recommended!

Dans l'ensemble très beau condo, voici mes commentaires détaillés: Les pour: - la vue sur l'intercostal est spectaculaire; - le patio est génial; - la piscine est super, beaucoup de chaises longues et de parasols; - il y a beaucoup d'articles de cuisine, papier de toilette, savon à linge, savon pour le lave-vaisselle; - l'épicerie Publix est à 5 minutes de marche, très pratique; - quartier et bloc très sécuritaire. Les contre: - l'arrivée doit se faire à une heure précise, pas d'arrivée autonome... vraiment pas pratique si vous avez un retard quelconque ou si vous devancez votre arrivée; - une seule clé régulière et à puce pour entrer dans le condo et circuler dans l'édifice, TRÈS déplaisant et restrictif quand on est 4 adultes avec des allés et venus différentes; - la propreté de certains articles de cuisine laissait à désirer; - le matelas de la chambre des maitres est de piètre qualité et tâché; - les lits de la chambre d'invités sont bons pour des enfants, pas pour des adultes.

We were very pleased with the condo. It looked exactly like the photos, the kitchen had clearly been redone not too long ago, the place was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was also very quiet, daytime and overnight. We never heard any of the neighbors and, being on the top floor, no one was above us. It's very close to all the stores and restaurants in Plantation and also the Sawgrass Mills Mall.

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

MUY LINDO LUGAR recomiendo el lugar y la anfitriona nos trataron muy bien, el departamento muy ordenado, limpio y exacto lo de las fotos éramos 5 personas y un bebe nos sobro lugar, nunca estuvimos incomodos no dejaron juguetes para el bebe y una sillita para que pueda comer con nosotros estacionamos siempre sin problemas sin costos extras y disfrutamos mucho la pileta con nuestro bebe Es muy lindo y seguro para salir a caminar por la noche, cerca de todo !!! Agradezco a ninoska por estar siempre tan atenta con nosotros hasta la proxima

This rental unit was exactly as described. It was perfect for our family of 4, with each kid having their own bed and bathroom. Just a block from the beach, it is close and convenient to everything. We have stayed in this building before because we love the building itself, and this was absolutely the best unit we have stayed in. The wraparound balcony offers gorgeous views and the interior was pristine. The hosts were communicative and so easy to work with. We would absolutely stay here again.

I recently stayed at a beautiful apartment in Miami, hosted by Dmitry and Maria, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. The apartment offered stunning views of the water and boats, making every moment feel like a picturesque escape. It was impeccably clean, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay. Dmitry and Maria were incredibly kind and flexible, always available whenever we needed assistance, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, and the kitchen was fully equipped.I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to visit Miami.

Lovely place to stay in Aventura! Things we loved were access to a 3 mile walking trail right out the front doors! It was beautiful walking every morning!! It is a very wealthy neighborhood, the mall was exquisite and felt very safe to walk around! Lots of pricey restaurants nearby but also just a quick drive down to the beach for more affordable shops and restaurants! The deck off the apartment is quaint and very private, shaded by a huge tree! The pool is wonderful and warm but not a ton of seating out in the sun so you really have to get there early to get a spot. The hot tub was closed the whole time we were there, which was disappointing but not the owners fault at all. The apartment itself is just as described. Not a ton of extras but has everything you would need. It was easy to access, entry was simple and the owner was always checking in which was sweet! I would definitely recommend and would return!!❤️

Property is in a great location. Minutes to walk to the beach. Nice pool and patio as well. You wouldn’t ever have to leave the property if you didn’t want to. Would definitely stay here again.

The Wyndham Palm Aire is right in my community so it was perfect for visiting friends and family. The amenities are great. Shopping close by and a new entertainment center will be opening in a few years across the street. Anna was great in communicating and making necessary adjustments. Check in takes awhile and they try to get you to sit on a time share presentation but just say no

Erick could not have been a better host, and the house could not have been a better fit for our group. It’s SO close to the beach, and it’s stocked with beach chairs, paddleboard, kayak, etc. The pool is lovely and the rooms are very spacious. No complaints at all! We are already thinking of booking for next year!

This was the perfect spot for our friends Bachelorette Party ! We had the best time and the air bnb was perfect ! Beautiful spot and area ! Looked exactly like the pictures ! Would definitely recommend to others who are looking for the perfect bachelor/bachelorette or just a weekend with friends ! The host was so friendly and quick to respond! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking in the future !

This was a great place for our family of five. Good central location, private, and quiet. We were here to visit with elderly parents that live nearby but cannot host us, so we didn’t do much sightseeing. The back patio had enough seating for all of us, and that is where we spent most of our time. The heated pool was a big hit… No shock to the body when going in. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place it was spotless and so clean . We had a great time and the host was so accommodating. They greet you when you check in and show you around the house . I really thought that was really nice of them . I would book with them again .

it was a great stay! we had 2 families with three little kids. the outdoor setup was amazing (pool, grill, multiple hangout areas). it is right next door to a playground and splash pad. and a quick drive to airports, beach, great restaurants, and everglades. highly recommend!

Gregory is a wonderful host. It is a great location . You feel like you’re at your home . We enjoyed the visit.
