This was the most complete place in terms of utensils. If you want to cook yourself then you have enough kitchenware, at least much more than at other places I rented. Gels, soaps are not the cheapest. Enough of towels, kitchen towels and so on. It's normal size single bedroom flat. Good size. Silent location at night. On negative side, it's a bit far from the center. Port, so you either drive or walk to a good beach. Anyway, solid 4.9 stars.

What a beautiful view! Centrally located with many walkable restaurants / supermarkets and Larnaca old town. The instructions on how to get to the right entrance (by car) are very helpful, free parking on the premises is a big plus and the check-in was easy and flexible. The apartment is so clean and inviting, it has many amenities most Airbnbs don't have - in the kitchen and the restroom. Well-equipped also with a drying rack to go with the washing machine. Energy and ecologically conscious attitude toward energy use. Themida was always quick to respond. Many different converters for different regions are in the nightstand - best to research before coming to Cyprus. (Not conforming to EU standard btw) Thank you for a great stay - highly recommended!

This place was perfect choice for our 2-week stay at Larnaca. It's in walkable distance to the beach and the city center and the street is lovely. The nearest grocery story is around a corner and great bakery to grab snacks and freshly baked local pies. If you're interested in exploring the city - the bus station is around the building with both local buses and Intercity ones going across Cyprus. The apartment was exactly as on photos and everything was greatly orchestrated by Tasos. He is very responsive and helpful. We can highly recommend it for other travellers! This is our second time staying with Themida. Although we stayed at another accommodation, the experience was still the same. EXCELLENT! The level of hospitality is unmatched! The hosts are so friendly and helpful and the apartment is spotless! Again, we cannot fault anything about staying here and when we return to Cyprus - we will deliberately seek to stay with Themida again because we love staying with them so much Thankyou again for having us Love from Jordan and Kemmy

In Andy's place you will find the calm and peace that is not often found in Nicosia. The house is located in a quiet street away from the crowds and traffic, you will not hear any noise day / night. Furthermore, its position makes it cool even during the hottest days. A 15 minute walk and you will be in the historic center. Andy has always been welcoming and available to our every request.

Spacious and well-equipped apartment, comfy bed, easy and friendly communication, fast&reliable internet, supermarket and public transport nearby, beach in walking distance. The highway is very close, which is great for going around by car, but you do hear it, especially when on the balcony. Still, very decent value for money, can definitely recommend.

Georgia was so helpful and enthusiastic. never had any problems and the apartment is ideal for one or two people near to all the amenities, also great outdoor space, l have had an excellent stay, if ever I visit larnaca again I will return to this apartment 😀

Everything was super cool, nice location, nice balcony. Apartment was clean. The owners left us a bottle of wine, which was very nice:) recommend for sure!

We got earlier and saw the cleaning crew in action. I was very impressed, they were washing and disinfecting everything including the fridge door and the door frames. Everything was as advertised. The kitchen equipped with everything we needed. The beach is very close, 2 minutes by foot. There are also a couple of friendly cats who might visit you. The host is extremely responsive, replying within the minute to every question I had. From Larnaca Airport it's 20 minutes by car/taxi, or 40-50 minutes by bus. The bus station is in front of the apt complex. We were pleasantly pleased by the apartment. There are some things we would improve: mosquito net at the bedroom window (we had mosquito repellent device provided by Marina), a big mirror, brighter light in the bathroom. It would be useful to mention in the description that there is no shower kit provided (everything else was provided). There are a couple of beautiful paintings signed by Marina which add personality to the room.

Lovely stay at Quality lodge. Great to have use for the facilities at the lodge and the room was perfect for what we were looking for. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bar wasn’t really open and the pool seating could’ve had cushions but that was the only thing, it was still a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.

amazing host! very flexible, responsive and helpful. the jacuzzi took too long to warm up at night, we gave up after 3 hours. but other than that really good experience!

The apartment was spotless and very well equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything I needed. The jacuzzi worked like a breeze and made the stay even more relaxing. The building and the surrounding area were quiet. The hosts were very communicative and incredibly flexible when I forgot something in the flat after check-out, they were quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful place, 5 minutes from the beach and a lot of great restaurants

We really enjoyed our stay at Diana's apartment and felt right at home. The apartment itself is well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable week in Cyprus. We used it as a base to go out a lot in the day and found it well located in the city, with shops, bakeries and good restaurants in easy walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace, with excellent views over the city and mountains, and jacuzzi hot tub which was the perfect way to relax in the sunshine and late night under the stars. The apartment is very light and airy, with lots of windows and great views in all directions. Diana and Bogdan were excellent hosts; impressively responsive and supportive during our stay and really went above and beyond - for example one AC heater had a technical problem, and they dispatched a new heater directly to us that day! We wouldn't hesitate to stay with them again, and would highly recommend them as Airbnb hosts. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. I would say you need a car to get to all the restaurants and tourist locations however there is a supermarket just opposite the road. The communication and response was amazing and efficient. Would recommend highly for value for money.

super logement, propre, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour, Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus, il est grand, les enfants ont adorés, l'emplacement du logement est calme, à 1 minutes à pied de la plage 😊

Жилье точно,как на фото. Отлично местоположение! Поддержка онлайн по любым вопросам - непрерывна. Владелец помогает по любому вопросу: заказ такси, рекомендации, список мероприятий в городе в числа проживания. Это было особенно важно, так как посетили Ларнака впервые. С удовольствием вернёмся.
