È considerato un paese strategico, a pochi chilometri da Lugano e da numerose attrazioni turistiche (Splash&Spa, Lugano Lake, escursioni in Mountain Bike, Monte Tamaro, ecc). Vicino a molti servizi quali: supermercati, ristoranti, bar, bancomat, posta e farmacie. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono i principali mezzi pubblici (autobus e treno) e entrate autostradali.

The centre can be reached on foot by walking along the lakeshore or the park, or by a few bus stops (which directly connects the flat with the station and the city centre). The flat has just been refurbished, has all the comforts, furnished with care and with artwork that makes it unique. The terrace has a spectacular view of the lake. Parking spaces can be reserved at the property.

Cademario è il posto ideale per rilassarvi immersi nella natura, da qui si possono raggiungere diversi sentieri per escursionisti e mountain bikers. Dall' 01.10 all'01.06 nel soggiorno é compreso l'utilizzo dell'Hot Pot per immergervi nell'acqua calda davanti ad una vista meravigliosa.

Modernes, ruhiges, neu renoviertes Tessiner Haus im pittoresken Ortskern von Torricella mit wunderschöner Aussicht ins Tal. Das Haus eignet sich sowohl für Familien als auch für ruhesuchende Induvidualreisende oder Paare. In einer Gehminute ist ein kostenloser öffentlicher Parkplatz zu finden. Auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist Torricella sehr gut erreichbar. Die nächste Bushaltestelle befindet sich in 200 m Entfernung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im unteren Teil des Dorfes.

Può ospitare solo due adulti, è disponibile un posto auto privato a pochi metri. Non c'è la televisione. Zona tranquilla e soleggiata, immerso nel verde con ampio giardino per gli ospiti. Distante 16 km dal lago di Lugano, 12 km da Bellinzona e 25 km da Locarno.
