Lakeland cottage in Dockray by Ullswater & Keswick

Knotts View is located in the centre of Dockray village, in the quieter rural Matterdale valley, high above Ullswater. The local pub is just across the road with it's large garden. Footpaths head off in all directions, offering both high & low level walking. Great place for wildlife, star gazing, or you can just put your feet up:) Delightful enclosed garden & summer house, secure storage for bikes in the stone shed, & free gated parking. 10% off 7nights out of season, 10% off 14nights summer.

Granary Cottage - EV Charging & a large garden

Superb semi detached cottage with two bedrooms, large garden & private parking within the grounds just 2 miles from Cartmel & Newby Bridge at the South end of Lake Windermere. Granary Cottage has a EV charger for vehicle charging. Vehicle charging is charged at 50p per kwh unit. The dining room has great views with a pair of French doors in to the living room which has a large double sofa bed & another pair of doors in to the garden.. The master bedroom is en suite with a 2nd Jack & Jill door.

Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It's a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It is 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Riflemans Arms

There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.
