Wonderful open concept living featuring eat in kitchen/dining area, living space with a beautiful gas fireplace, fenced in yard, clamshell & sunken tub showers, and tasteful décor, relaxing. Waupaca is centrally located to many places you may wish to go. We have a beautiful park system, 22 connected lakes, wonderful culture, arts, library, main street, and best of all friendly people. Outdoors is fishing, silent sports, kayaking, tubing, hiking trails, and so much more. ATV/UTV friendly.

3 BR. 3 BA. Fully furnished. Granite counters and stainless steel appliances in large kitchen overlooking the lake. King and Queen suites with 2nd King and full Bath. Sleeps 6, but very large sofa. Washer/Dryer. Lake Michigan views throughout, Pool table room, work space, 2 levels of patios. Sits on landscaped sand dunes and beach. 10 min drive to Black Wolf Run Golf and resort. Front row for boat races from 2 decks. Den with large fireplace. Dining table overlooking lake + lighthouse.

You'll be at ease knowing that your pooch will be having just as much fun as you are. Modern hints are complemented by the cozy, welcoming decor found throughout. The coffee bar is a fav for any morning person, and the "take-a-wine leave-a-wine" wine bar offers evening excitement! The huge yard features a fire pit, gas grill, & cornhole.

Single Family Home steps to Downtown.

This Charming Home is only 5 blocks to Downtown Appleton with a fenced in yard. (1 friendly dog allowed, no cats please). Downtown Appleton offers many restaurants, boutique shops with one of a kind clothing and items, The Performing Arts Center, bars and coffee shops. You are approximately 8 blocks from the river that has walking trails and 28 miles to Lambeau Field. PLEASE READ: the driveway is shared with house on back of lot and fits 2 cars or a small SUV. No TRUCKS will fit.

Come enjoy our upper 2-bedroom apartment in charming Port Washington filled with personal, welcoming touches. We live in a quiet neighborhood on Billy Goat Hill, which overlooks the downtown. The location is very walkable and close to fishing, swimming, boating, biking, shops, pubs, farmers' market, homemade ice cream , and historical sites of interest. We live downstairs and often will be here if you have any needs or concerns, but are very conscious of your desire for privacy.

Lovely modern two bedroom home with fire pit

Newly renovated two bedroom home just a mile from the beach and five star restaurants. Enjoy a game of golf at world class Whistling Straight. Car enthusiasts will love Elkhart Lake Road America. Salmon fishing the Great Lake Michigan or just have a relaxing time around the fire pit. There is a laundry with washer/dryer, steamer and folding table. Dogs under 30 pounds. No cats sorry. No smoking in the house. Ample street parking at the front door. Fire pit in back yard.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish 3 bedroom single family home with great indoor and outdoor recreation. We recently majorly renovated this space and window coverings in the living room area is one of the last finishing touches that will soon be installed to complete this cozy space. Relax on the patio and grill your favorite meal, followed by time kicking your feet up by the fire. You can’t go wrong with this centrally located, quaint destination.

Enjoy a relaxing get away in this beautiful home with a private fenced backyard with large deck, dining area, gazebo & Barbeque Grill. This home features a split bedroom floor plan for privacy. It has a nice sized kitchen with Island, a Laundry Room, Living Room with Fireplace and an attached 2 car garage. Just 7 minutes to Kohler Andrae State Park & a short distance to the beaches of Lake Michigan. Dog friendly with plenty of space to run outdoors.

Located along the Fox River trail, with several bikes available for guest use. Bike or walk everywhere! Plenty of parking and things to do!
