Hot water via gas califont , flushing toilet , solar power , fridge , unlimited WiFi. Note : cabins location requires travelling down a farm track. If track is wet , we offer a vehicle for transportation down to the location.

Time on Tilsley is a great base to explore the forest, hot pools & sightseeing spots of Rotorua from. Perfect for 4; can sleep 6. Luxe linens on two queen beds plus an inner sprung sofa bed makes a comfortable bed for 2 additional guests; well stocked kitchen with fridge basics; sliding doors open onto the patio for morning Nespresso; evenings around the fire pit. Bedding and towels provided. Great wifi throughout. Lock your bikes away out of sight in the laundry area. Our place = your home.

Inside our spacious newly renovated Black Cottage, you have a small full kitchen with farmhouse sink, large fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, microwave, air fryer, and Nespresso. In the lounge area there’s a smart screen tv- Netflix . Through the slider barn door to a large bedroom with plush king bed, laden with luxury linen and a walk in wardrobe leaving you ample space,+ comfortable reading chair. Walk though to the walk in tile shower, handbasin and toilet- there is also a Laundry in your room.

The apartment is below our brand new home, however, it is completely separate with your own private entrance and outdoor areas. This apartment is not suitable for young children who need space to run around inside.

Newly renovated , it's sunny, set in lovely gardens and only a short stroll to the lake and boat ramp. A great fishing, kayaking or fly fishing area, with the Ngongotaha stream only a short walk away.
