The Guest Suite

Located in a quiet neighborhood, the suite house has its own outdoor deck with a private seating & dining area. Inside is just over 500 sqft and has a large couch, twin and queen size beds, kitchenette, full bath with tub and desk and chair for remote workers. Additional inflatable twin mattress available by request. Well behaved and house trained pets welcome.

Just 30 minutes to vibrant DC and close to everything in the Lake Ridge area where you’re just a 5 minute walk to Starbucks, Giant grocery store and a many other shopping and restaurant options. Please note basement unit is a private residence and has a private entrance. Please let us know exactly how many guest will be arrive. No infants, No kids , No pets.

Our project to make use of leftover logs turned into a tiny house! Cozy Log Cabin looking out on almost an acre of nature but just minutes from all the DC sites. Perfect for a single escape, a romantic getaway, a small family/group gathering, or a serene remote work location. 1/4 mile to bus and 1.5 miles to DC metro, plenty of free parking. We live in a log home next door - so happy to provide advice on sites/restaurants and directions. No-SMOKING of any kind and NO pets and parties allowed.
