The rustic river front updated cabin has 300 feet of river frontage, fenced yard (except the riverfront). Rear deck has a hot tub, beautiful majestic view of the river. The river has heavy tidal flow (no river use from home). The Hoquiam River support runs of Chinook, chum, and coho salmon, steelhead, and sea-run trout. just a couple of miles upriver from Historic Downtown Hoquiam restaurants, stores and shops, 20 min to coast 45 min drive to Lake Quinault hiking trails South Shore Trailhead.

Fir Cottage: A lovely, private cabin on 40 acres

Fir Haven Retreat, located 15 minutes from town, is on 40 private acres that have been in the family for generations. The 600sf cottage looks out over a large field surrounded by forest, orchards, trails, canyons, and Siebert Creek. It's perfect for couples and close friends, with 2 dedicated bedrooms and a cozy living room. Two caretakers live on the property, available if needed. Shadynook Cottages is located 2 blocks from the heart of downtown Forks which makes it close to city amenities such as restaurants and shopping and a short driving distance from hiking, sight seeing, beach combing, or exploring. Cabin 1 includes it's own separate driveway and a deck with table and chairs to enjoy. Cottage 1 was remodeled at the end of summer 2020. It has a brand new, fully stocked kitchen, all new floors/carpet, on-demand hot water heater, and it’s own WiFi service.
