Lake Oconee-Lakefront Villa in Cuscowilla (C-Unit)

Great convenient studio unit in the heart of the private Cuscowilla Resort. Located an hour and fifteen minutes from Atlanta and a perfect home base for a trip to Augusta in early April. The unit features 2 queen beds, a banquette/table, sitting area and kitchenette with sink, micro, mini-frig. The gated community offers walking trails, a dock behind the villa and lake access for our guests. If you need additional space, the first floor A/B units are listed on AirBnB as a 2bed/2bath option.

Welcome to our Lake Oconee Cottage! Fully stocked kitchen and all of the supplies you need! 1200 sq ft of space; 2 Queen BR’s, 2 sitting areas, pullout couch, wood fireplace, 2 couches, leather recliner, 2 decks, grill, fire pit, kayak, floats, swimmable cove and tree swing! Fast Wifi. SmartTV. Private woods and dock to explore! Great land and lake location. Fantastic view! Swim out “beach” on a clean cove. Marina around corner. Quiet lakefront property, private, but minutes to everything!

Where memories will be made and where spirits will be renewed! Completely private lake front cabin w/private dock. This rustic yet modern cabin is all about views views views! The whole house has tongue & groove wood ceilings and walls that provide a calming, peaceful vibe. Amazing sunrises/sunsets/lake views from large windows throughout home. Cook whatever you catch in the lake on the grill or smoker right outside your gorgeous lake view screened in porch (w tv!)

The Real Reel

Two bedroom 1 bath lake front home with beautiful gardens that bloom year round. Escape from the hustle to enjoy the water, listen to the songbirds or enjoy a book by the fire. Heat up the grill or watch the water while rocking in the rocking chairs on the screened in porch. This location is the most peaceful place in Georgia. We offer kayaks, floats and stand up paddle boards for some downtime. Put your boat in the water or rent one at the marina!

This is a weekend escape unlike any other. Enjoy breath taking views from almost every room! Dock is great for fishing or just taking in the inspirational views! This property also has a private boat ramp across the street- so bring your boat!! It can be tied off to the dock for easy weekend use! Newly renovated inside and out. New furniture, appliances, and dock! Water is only about 30 ft from door! Gradual slope to water.

Lake House Retreat on Sinclair, Relax/Fish/Nothin

You'll love waking up in this peaceful lakefront Airbnb. 2 large flat TVs, 2 acres of lawn leading to fishing from the dock and boathouse on Lake Sinclair in Milledgeville, GA. Shopping and restaurants nearby. This is such a special place! We've left you fishing poles, our guests catch fish, often off our dock. Bring a boat or rent one at the Lake Sinclair Marina! Comfortably sleeps 6. 10 min drive to GCSU College.
