Chic, stylish studio located just steps from town and the beach! Condito Mapache is a new space located just on the edge of the town of San Juan del Sur. Decorated in handcrafted Nicaraguan furniture, and hand painted tiles from Granada, this spacious studio offers you everything you need to be comfortable on your stay in Nicaragua. Wifi, AC, smart TV, Juliette balcony, shared pool, stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and onsite pizza parlour are just some of the perks of this sweet little space!

Nuestro acogedor apartamento le espera en La Cruz. Ubicado en Barrio Irvin, estamos a solo 10 minutos en automóvil de la playa y a 5 minutos del pueblo. Recién construido, completamente seguro y en un vecindario tranquilo y amigable cerca de la ciudad. Entrada privada en el frente del apartamento. También incluye Wifi. Parqueo privado. No hay vecinos en 2 lados de la propiedad. Está cerca de las playas más hermosas de La Cruz: Puerto Soley, El Jobo y la playa de La Rajada.

Gorgeous Townhome with Ocean Views - Walk to Beach

Unit 201B is the newest townhome in the Talanguera development and has the best ocean views of all the suites. The balconies off the master bedroom and living area offer unmatched views of the pool, garden area and San Juan del Sur bay. The townhome is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, hot water and we have AC in every room. The development is located at the north end of San Juan del Sur bay just a block off the beach and only a 12 minute walk into town.

2 Bedroom apartment on The edge of Town w/pool

A brand new, quiet 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, just on the edge of town. The newest development, finished 2 years ago, has a pizza shop, dentist office, and a few other offices just below, and all the essentials close by. It's a 2 minute drive to town, or 12 minute walk across the beach. We always have many remote workers staying, so we have 30mbps fibre optic wifi and a space to work at. Ask for more details if you need higher bandwidth or anything else specific.
