This home is a modest and cozy 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home on almost an acre lot with BIG water views. The home is 2400 s.f. and has a very large family room and open kitchen perfect for hosting bigger groups. King bed in master with add'l pull out couch. Queen in bedroom 2 and bunk beds with trundle in room 3. Wifi. 75" TV and Laundry.

10 Mile View on Lake Murray w/ Dock and Ramp

Enjoy our Waterfront getaway on Lake Murray. It includes a private boat ramp, private dock, and over 600 sq ft deck across the entire lake front of the home. The front yard is large and perfect for cornhole, frisbee, and other activities. This cove is known for excellent kayaking, fishing, boating, and watersports. We have included 2 Kayaks and we work directly with a pontoon rental company if you would like a boat delivered. The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.
