Your stay includes exclusive use of the main house (2 bed/1 bath), separate studio house (1 bed/1 bath), the lake toys (lily pad/kayak/paddleboard), sandy beach and dock. Spend your days swimming & your nights eating smores by 1 of the 2 fire pits (portable fire pit by house or fire ring on the beach) (complimentary fire wood provided). Malvern Depot

A railroad depot renovated into a bunkhouse located midway on the Wabash Trace Nature Trail. It includes 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower. A/C & heat, coffee maker, dorm fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. Linens and towels provided. One queen bed, the other twin bunk beds. The Futon in the living area folds out. Conveniently located 2 blocks from downtown. No pets please.
