In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. You’ll love the cozy feel, with lots of amenities, including a well stocked kitchen, three-season screened-in porch, & open floor plan. Though the house isn’t directly on the water, our private dock on Hartwell is only a 1-2 min walk away! Nestled between Greenville and the mountains, this home is great for Clemson trips, lake adventures, close night life, restaurants, family entertainment, & more!

This two story home is located at the end of a very quiet cove with plenty of water. The beach has a fresh 6 inches of sand installed for the lake season. The walk to the lake is very short on an almost flat surface. The home will accommodate a family up to six people. The house has two floors. The main floor has a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and satellite TV service provided. The entire main floor has hard woods along with the Master Bed Room and bed room #2.

Hartley’s Haven

Enjoy your stay in this cozy 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom home on Lake Hartwell. We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.

Recently remodeled and boasting 3000 sq ft, this home offers comfort and serenity. Tucked away in a peaceful cove feeding into Lake Keowee, it’s the perfect escape for nature lovers-especially kayakers. The property comes fully equipped with kayaks and paddle boards. Please note: Access to the dock involves a very steep descent, and the return hike can be challenging—best suited for active guests. Unwind in the private hot tub on the deck or gather around the cozy fire pit.

Welcome to the Penn Landing Lake House! Gorgeous views of the lake in almost every room in the house! Lots to do outside including ping pong and foosball or head to the back yard for some corn hole or badminton. Gentle walk to the dock where you can enjoy our canoe, 2 kayaks, tubes, or just lounge by the lake! You will love cooking in our spacious kitchen or out back on our grill. *Check-in time is between 4pm and 10pm. We do not allow check-ins after 10pm*
