East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the beautiful Green Mountains of VT and the gorgeous Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. We also have the West Cabin available for your extended family and friends.

La Bella Loona - A beautiful 1 bd cottage located directly on Schroon lake. Amazing mountain and lake views from every window. 50' of direct water access with small sandy beach, outdoor firepit and grill, and multiple hang out spots. The cottage is newly built and furnished, has an indoor fireplace, central AC, fully stocked kitchen, and screened in room overlooking the lake. There are 2 kayaks available for use. Be assured everything is provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

This cozy home is in a wooded setting just outside Lake George Village. Great location for exploring the Lake George area or as a jumping off point for excursions in all directions. Lake George Village, Bolton Landing, Saratoga Springs and the high peaks of the Adirondacks. 2 min to Lake George Vil.; 20 min to Bolton; 30 min to Saratoga Performing Arts Center and Saratoga Racetrack; 80 min to Lake Placid thru the beautiful high peaks of the ADKs for day hikes and paddling. The "Mellow Moose" cabin is a quiet and peaceful retreat tucked in the woods. Spend the day exploring the region or just simply relaxing in nature. Afternoons are great for reading a book as the sun shines through the large living room windows. Relax on the screened in front porch for a quiet evening and a drink. Or enjoy a campfire and watch the sunset through the trees. Use this as your home base for a ski trip or a way to explore Schroon lake, Brant lake or Lake George. (Roughly 30mins)

Bolton Landing/Lake George - Beautiful open loft apartment above a garage. Very serene and quiet. Has a seasonal view of Lake George. Fully furnished with a queen bed and a queen sleeper couch. Full kitchen with an island. Living room area has a wood burning stove. Also has a large bath with a walk in shower. TV, and internet. Small deck with barbeque grill. 2 miles to the town of Bolton Landing and public beaches. 15 minutes to Lake George Village and all other activities in the area.

Out On a Limb • A Magical Treehouse Experience

Welcome to Out on a Limb, our magical treehouse nestled in the serene woods of upstate New York. This cozy, charming hideaway offers a peaceful & romantic escape, perfect for couples or solo travelers looking to connect with nature. Surrounded by towering trees, the treehouse provides a unique experience year round—from relaxing in the hot-tub on a snowy night, to stargazing by the campfire. The treehouse is always stocked with waffle mix & homemade frozen cookies. We can’t wait to host you!

The rental includes both treehouses (toilet in each), cooking/eating pavilion (only cold water at sink) (outhouse nearby), outside shower (cold), firepit. Additional guests above the 2 included in per night stay are $30 per person per night up to a maximum of 11 guests during the warmer months and 5 guests total during the cooler ends of the season (June and mid Sept to mid Oct). Beds: 3 doubles, 5 singles. No pets allowed. Not ideal for very young children or people with mobility issues.
