The Springs House was perfect for us! It was comfortable, clean and exactly as described. We were in town for our daughter's college graduation at UF. It was about a 30 minute drive to campus, but easy and worked great for us. We spent a morning at Ginnie Springs which was awesome! It was very close too! We'd love to come back and spend more time exploring downtown High Springs and more of the numerous springs in the area! We would definitely stay at The Springs House again. Thank you for a great stay!

this place is an absolutely beautiful. William and Kay were so thoughtful and accommodating. we were arriving in late at night and they made sure to leave th lights on so it was easier to park without boat. they were also very considerate about my fur pup. and it's a place where I could bring my 80 pound dog. the only problem is I didn't stay long enough. will definitely be back. absolutely beautiful place. thank you.

We enjoyed our stay. Although we were there for work, the home was convenient to our work location, and all the amenities were exactly as described. I recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. We are looking forward to our future stay.

Shortly after arriving to the Fancy Dancy, I accidentally locked the door. Unsure of how the lock truly worked, I locked myself out. After reaching out to Tim to let him know of the situation, he was super friendly. He said no problem he can come right over to reset the lock. And he did. He was amazing. He checked on us throughout my trip. One of the best birthday getaways.

I cannot say enough good things about this Airbnb. It was absolutely beautiful quiet peaceful, and the yard was amazing for pets! Warren was a delight and was super helpful the whole time can’t wait for my next stay!

Tyson and his place were awesome ! Tyson was easy to communicate with and the unit was huge (it was only my wife and me). The neighborhood is very safe and walkable and there were many, many bars and restaurants a short distance away. We recommend Tyson’s property and will surely try to stay there again the next time we are in town.

Host are very nice. The accommodations is easily accessible. It as our second time staying there and will return next year.

I enjoyed another wonderful stay at Joyce's place (my third stay). As always, great communication and very clean and welcoming space. The neighborhood is top notch for an easy walk to historic downtown, while residing in a tranquil tree layered oasis.

I had such a great stay at this Airbnb! So clean and cozy and in a perfect location. I love how spacious it is and really enjoyed sitting out on the little balcony. I would love to stay again during future visits!!

This is a nice condo in a very quiet and peaceful area. Several restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. Other restaurants within a short drive. Grocery stores nearby as well. We attended UF graduation and although this condo was a few miles longer drive than something closer to campus, it is well worth it. Haile Village is a nice area in Gainesville. We highly recommend renting this condo.

Five Stars All Around! Staying at Ami’s place was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Ami was a fantastic host — incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best experience. Every little detail, from the cozy linens to the helpful local tips, made us feel right at home. I can confidently say this was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. This was a nice little spot! The laminate wood flooring throughout gave the unit a really nice feel, and everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having easily accessible charging plugs right next to the bed – so convenient! The water pressure in the shower was also great. Beyond the practicalities, the inside was quite stylish. It offered a comfortable amount of space for one person or a couple. The location was great for my needs, offering easy access to Gainesville while being just on the outskirts of the University of Florida. I'd definitely recommend this Airbnb!
