Family-Friendly Ranch Retreat with a Stunning Pool

Our ranch provides easy access to the best the area has to offer. This well appointed four bedroom home is outfitted with all the amenities you will need to maximize enjoyment during your stay. The outdoor lifestyle is what this place is all about. The beautiful deck, pool, and hot tub are over the top and the views are simply gorgeous. The property features a wet weather creek and reservoir that attracts turkeys, ducks, wild boar, and deer. Take a hike, a dip, then head to the brewery for some R&R... your perfect day awaits. All four bedrooms have 50" HDTV's and there is a 70" monster screen in the living room so if you want to stay inside and watch the game (DirectTV/NFL Sunday Ticket!) or get caught up on work (satellite internet), you're covered. In addition to having all the major pay-for movie channels like HBO and Showtime, we also have a great DVD library for the film buffs out there. Hanging out by the fire pit is a great way to cap off a day and don't forget to break out the s'mores. The house is outfitted with high end appliances across the board and even seasoned chefs will find themselves well equipped in our kitchen or at the helm of our state of the art grill. The home is filled with lots of interesting original artwork and the grounds surrounding are serene and picturesque. Located less than 30 minutes to downtown Austin, you get the best of both worlds. Poolside Escape

Spacious 1700 sq.ft townhouse. Three bedrooms, each with full en-suite bathroom. Another half bath downstairs. Three outdoor areas, spectacular to watch all the deer! A patio and porch overlooking the pool and a terrace with hill country and Lake LBJ views. Steps away from pickle-ball and two tennis courts. Two additional sofa beds downstairs. Recently renovated kitchen, open living and dining rooms, separate area for washer and dryer. Flat screen smart tv’s in living area and bedrooms.

River front villa w/ pool, BBQ, hiking, fireplace

Private estate with ~1,500 feet of frontage on Little Blanco River (usually dry due to drought). Oversized windows look onto the ancient oak forest, with 20 acres of private hiking. Lavish pool & jacuzzi, large patio with fire pit and barbecue for outdoor dining under large tree canopy. 3 private bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, plus bonus room (off the master room) with triple bunk for kids or adults. Additional pull out queen sofa bed and an extra bathroom. Quiet, exclusive and peaceful!

3 story home with lake views, a heated or chilled cocktail pool, swim up bar and 70" TV, tucked away in Point Venture. Experience everything the neighborhood has to offer including, Captain Pete's, golf, tennis, pickle ball, live music, Lake Travis, boat ramp, sand volleyball, the only true sandy beach in central Texas, disc golf, gym, playground, and pre-negotiated discounts for boat rental a block from the house. Host owns home next door and offers a discount to book both for larger groups.

Golden Sun Cottage: Pool, Hot Tub, 2 min to Lake

The Golden Sun Cottage has a full kitchen with stove, large fridge, coffeemaker, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, and silverware. It has sunny yellow walls, Saltillo tile, a small dining table, desk, and a King bed that overlooks a garden and shared pool. A daybed serves as a couch or a twin bed for a third guest. The bathroom has a walk-in turquoise tile shower. A covered patio has comfortable rocking chairs, and a table for outdoor dining. Max 3 guests. Dog friendly. Kids 16 and over.

Stylish backyard casita with pool and hot tub. Short walk to Uchi, Alamo Drafthouse, and Barton Springs. 5 minutes to Zilker Park / Greenbelt. 2 miles to Downtown. 1.5 miles to S. Congress. Outdoor ping pong. 1GB Internet. Full bath as well as private outdoor shower. Natural Gas BBQ grill. Tankless water heater. No kitchen - mini-fridge and coffee station at bar. Owners live in front house but you will have pool, backyard and casita all to yourselves.
