The condo has all high end furnishings with floor to ceilings windows overlooking the east and north. The building is setup as a hotel, amenities include a great gym and rooftop pool with stunning views.

This City Chic Loft is located on Ladybird Lake surrounded by nature and walking distance to everything Beautiful Austin has to share.

Waterfront top floor villa with deep water views from patio, living room and bedroom. Daily deer encounters and watch sunsets on Lake Travis' private island. WiFi, elevator access, washer dryer, weekend salon/spa, restaurant and three pools, hot tubs, saunas, fitness center, shuffleboard, pickleball & tennis. Maximum 4 guests, including infants and children. Must be 21+ to book. More villas available for family & friends. We have a family allergy so we can’t accept animals. Nice people only 😊

You can walk along hiking trails and rent kayaks just steps from the building. The area is in close proximity to dining, shopping, and entertainment. Just one street over from the nightlife of trendy Rainey Street. Minutes to 6th St, South Congress. Rooftop pool with amazing skyline view, peloton bikes, gym. Sunset Paradise on Lake Travis

Top floor deep water view villa with living, bedroom and patio waterfront views of sunsets and Pace Bend. Our 2 bedroom is on the top floor (elevator access) with high ceilings and it’s gorgeous! Yes! We have wifi, in villa washer and dryer, salon spa and 3 year round pools (1 indoor heated pool) hot tubs, saunas, fitness center, shuffle board, tennis and pickleball! Only 6 guests maximum including infants and children. 21+to reserve. Ask us about Winter Monthly Rental Rate.

Experience our stunning deep waterfront villa on a private island (max. 4 guests). Enjoy lake views from the top floor with elevator access. Relax in swimming pools, hot tubs, and sauna.
