Nelle campagne tra Venturina Terme e Baratti, appartamento, facente parte di un casolare, con ingresso indipendente e giardino privato dove poter mangiare all'aperto. internamente troviamo l'angolo cottura con soggiorno e divano letto matrimoniale, camera matrimoniale con letto a due piazze e bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Recentemente ristrutturato. Due posti auto privati. Ampi spazi verdi per passare giornate all'aperto, con zona barbecue e gazebo oltre spazio giochi per bambini.
