Excelente lugar para hospedarse, muy lindo y acogedor. A mi llegada tuve un poco de problema con la comunicación porque tardaba en responder y no sabia quien me iba a recibir, al final un vecino me apoyo. Después todo fue excelente, muy bonito lugar, lo recomiendo mucho!!

This was a beautiful condo inside and out. It was clean and the beds were comfortable! Great location to walk or a short drive to the Malecon with so many restaurants. Tom was so helpful with recommendations for restaurants, fun adventures and everything we needed.

This place was incredible! Amazing location walking distance to everything you need, beautiful view of the water, rooftop pool & hot tub make it so that you don’t even need to leave the building if you don’t want to! Quick & easy access to walk the malecon which is where you find most restaurants & markets. Wish we stayed longer because it was so nice but we will most certainly be back again! Also check in was so easy, host was so easy to communicate with, met us upon arrival & showed us everything we needed to know about the building. Check in was seamless! Can’t say enough great things about this stay!

We had a fantastic stay at laiva phuno. We loved the beautiful view of the harbor, and the neighborhood felt very safe with lots of locals and tourists walking around. The space was beautiful. We didn't cook much while we were there but we noticed that the kitchen had great amenities. There was a good variety of cooking tools. We also enjoyed using the chairs and umbrella for the beach. The rooftop pool was a highlight. The children loved it! Our host Karen was fantastic and very friendly. We managed to lock ourselves out on the first day (completely our fault) and she was very helpful and responsive in fixing the situation even though it was a Sunday. One thing we especially enjoyed about the space is that it has two living rooms on separate floors. This gave us a kid hangout area and adult hangout area so my husband and I got to feel like we had a vacation alone sometimes. Thank you, Karen!

El lugar está hermoso, mucho mejor que lo que se ve en las fotos, muy limpio, todo queda súper cerca, es un lugar muy pacífico para descansar, el personal de mantenimiento del lugar y las personas de seguridad de la puerta súper amables, Tom muy accesible, definitivamente el lugar de Tom será nuestra primera opción en nuestra próxima visita a La Paz!

We will return to this Airbnb when we are in La Paz again. We looked at other places but they did not match this pristine, bright and airy apartment with simply a great view. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. We were there for two months and they arranged for cleaning and a masseuse and gave us a bunch of local suggestions for food and restaurants. We will happily return!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nea's place! Dolphins and whales jumping in front of you, fantastic! The unit is as described, clean well stocked, we needed nothing. Deck is huge! Liked the bottled water (that staff would deliver, remember to tip). Personal shopper if needed. The pools is nice, 80 in afternoon! Beach is great! Pelicans constantly slamming the surface, baitfish everywhere and I was able to catch fish! Two restaurants beside the Condo. View is unbeatable and food is good. We went to town to eat a few times as well as grabbing prawn etc to make. Went to Malecon for roof views and great food! Prices are similar to Can. Taco stands or markets for epic food at amazing prices! Taco's El Estadio, 4 great fish tacos, ALL the fixings, $9 Can. yes please! This city feels very safe. We were there for Carnaval ( massive 2-3km? of stalls, stages, music food) and didn't know what to expect. Police everywhere! Not oppressive, just present and friendly! Thanks Nea!

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, cerca de restaurantes y malecón, habia todo lo necesario para la Estancia, y hasta detalles como snacks y una botella de vino. La terraza tiene unas vistas increíbles y está muy agusto para hacer un a carne asada o simplemente sentarte a platicar. Los baños muy amplios y camas cómodas.

Tuve una excelente experiencia durante mi estancia. La comunicación con Luis fue clara y rápida en todo momento, lo que facilitó tanto el check-in como cualquier duda que tuve durante mi estadía. El alojamiento estaba tal como se describía, limpio, cómodo y bien equipado. La atención fue siempre amable y atenta, lo que hizo que me sintiera muy bienvenido. Sin duda recomendaría este lugar y volvería a hospedarme aquí en el futuro.

This place is beautiful. Lots of space for everyone, beds were comfortable, condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies. The use of the golf cart was a great feature! We used it every day to get coffee and go to the beach club! Definitely a quieter area of La Paz but we were happy with that. It is a quick drive into La Paz. Would highly recommend!

Todo fue fabuloso estábamos cerca del malecón y salir a caminar era fácil! El lugar pequeño pero muy acogedor, la piscina tenía agua caliente y estaba deliciosa por la temporada que fui quedaba perfecto <3

This condo is awesome one of the best beachfront properties in La Paz highly recommended. The condo itself is very well kept, super easy check in and check out, the ocean views are amazing, the condo has everything you need and more. It is spacious a few steps to one of the most beautiful beaches in La Paz and to the pool. This is your best option in La Paz. Cleaning service is awesome and La Paz town with restaurants and bars are just a short drive away. The condo complex is super safe, super clean and well kept and beautiful easy to access. The beach is awesome full of sea life, fish, crab very swimmable, there are kayaks and paddle boards which we used everyday. Bring water shoes. We were almost the only ones in the common areas very few people. We absolutely loved it and will keep coming back! It is a small piece of peace and paradise! My kids 9 and 12 loved it. There is a little bar which is super convenient and taxi service is super reliable and fast to get there.

Natthy's house is Excellent. Spacious, clean, and the backyard is huge. My dogs really enjoyed it. The location is outside of La Paz, but we liked the peaceful location with uncrowded nearby beaches to walk the dogs. You can get to better beaches, Centro La Paz, and the Malecon by car. The house is well equipped. The espresso machine is my favorite. Natthy's an excellent host. She is very friendly and quick to respond. Look forward to coming back

Truly a wonderful stay! Perfect for a family vacation, young kids included. Johnny was so help in planning and coordinating- truly made it so easy and effortless. Johnny coordinating in hiring a chef, Alonso Chavez; Highly recommended. The spaces is by no means remote but is not walkable to a local grocery, ect. Wonderful, private access to the beach and pool. So quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended for the property and the team!

Flavia's place was perfect for our party of 5. The large kitchen, 3 1/2 bathrooms, and privacy of bedrooms made it wonderful for our group. The roof top deck was a favorite place to see sunrises, sunsets and find solitude. We enjoyed the pool and security of the complex along with the great location close to town and local beaches. Antonio, the property manager, was very helpful, flexible with our arrival time, and friendly. It's a perfect place to spend a short or longer amount of time in La Paz. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us.

La estancia fue perfecta para todas las personas que estuvimos en el, está muy bonito, Mariel y Armando en todo momento fueron muy amables, fueron muy claros con sus instrucciones y eso facilitó el ingreso y la salida del lugar. Nos encantó la ubicación y tiene muy buena vista al mar :) Un lugar muy tranquilo.

Mi familia y yo somos originarios de aquí, y nos quedamos por unos días para nuestra estancia anual en La Paz. Vimos este lugar e inmediatamente supimos que era el lugar en el que queríamos quedarnos y no decepcionó, todo fue exactamente como las fotos. Éramos 4 personas pero fácilmente nos pudimos haber quedado más personas y aún así estar muy cómodos. Un piso para cada quien. 😜 Datos: - el Gym es el mejor equipado y limpio, a comparación de algunas otras estancias donde me he quedado aquí cerca. Si eso es importante para ti. - Los vecinos son amigables y silenciosos. - Si tienes sueño sensible es probable que si hay viento por las noches el ruido del techo/velas de las terrazas puede sonar bastante. Para mi familia no fue problema pero mencionaron que sonaba como estar en un barco con velas a veces. De ahí en fuera, no me quería ir y deseé volver a vivir aquí en un lugar como este. ✨ Gracias por todo.
