This barrier-free apartment has a comfortable living room with a dining area, a well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and offers place for 4 persons. Wi-Fi is available for a fee. The absolute highlight of the accommodation is the spacious outdoor area with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea.

A poca distanza dalla splendida spiaggia La Cinta

La villetta è una caposchiera e si trova in un piccolo e riservato residence, posto perfetto per una vacanza in completo relax e comodo per raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia. La villetta è un trilocale composto da un ampio soggiorno con un accessoriato angolo cottura, sala pranzo e ampio divano, spaziosa camera matrimoniale con armadio 4ante, cameretta con due letti singoli e armadio, il bagno con box doccia. La casa ha climatizzatori, zanzariere, wi fi, tv, aspirapolvere.

Very well located in the heights of the Costa Caddu village in San Teodoro, you can get there by car in less than 30 minutes from Olbia airport.
