Including a fire pit + outdoor dining space, along with wood heater inside it's perfect for all seasons. Breakfast of hand gathered eggs, bread, milk supplied for Fri - Sun stays. Loft bed is up a ladder. We do have peacocks, dogs, mini goats, + poultry on the property.

This lovely period cottage has everything you need, and is situated an easy 10 minute (700 m) walk to the historic Piper Street. There you will find world class art, crafts, antiques, cafe's and wine bars. Once you've ventured out, kick back next to an inviting gas log fire or split system aircon. Choose a movie with Netflix on the 55 inch LG, or sip wine and chomp cheese, in the secluded backyard oasis. For those who need to keep working we have a desk and comfortable office chair.

School House was built in Lauriston in the 1860's and was later transported to central Kyneton. Honouring the original character and charm, it has been beautifully restored and is surrounded by your own private garden, veranda, BBQ and entertainment area. School House has private entry. House is freestanding on a sizeable 1.5 acre property. The owners residence is on the same block of land facing perpendicular to this property (see photos for further clarification). Closeby to the main street of Kyneton which features the historic Piper St hub and local attractions.

A gorgeous, gently restored miners cottage set in a tranquil location, Shepherds Hill Cottage is part of a working alpaca farm. The secluded cottage has it's own private garden and is right next to the alpaca nursery paddock, so expect to see lots of crias (baby alpacas)! The cottage is conveniently located, 10mins to Kyneton, 15mins to Trentham, 20 mins to Daylesford and 1hr 15mins to Melbourne.
