Our commitment to being as Eco friendly as possible, linen is washed but not ironed. Our coffee bar is stocked with homemade rusks, coffee, tea, and sugar. There is also milk in the fridge. There is 4km of rough dirt road to access the farm (high clearance vehicles recommended)

There is great birding, walking, mountain biking and bass fishing on site, there are also kayaks for the dams. The cottage overlooks a gorge that goes down to the Slang River with an indigenous forest and has great views over the valley towards Amajuba Mountain and Battlefields for those interested in history.
