Beautiful place full of nature … well maintained place.. peaceful and serene … !! 2 min walk to beach a good price .. and very cooperative host.

Had a fantastic stay at Klaus place - great house with lots of amenities and things to do with the kids.

Great appartment, really well equipped kitchen that made it possible to cook. Very much enjoyed my stay. A pity the gym was closed due to refurbishments at the time, but otherwise excellent.

Racheal's apartment is a great place to stay. It is clean, with big bathroom, hot/cold water, air condition, smart TV (available Netflix, YouTube etc. Local channels not available), pretty fast unlimited fiber internet, microwave cooker, gas cooker, good fridge and all kitchen utensils. Comfortable beds and beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment was cleaned every 3 days and bed sheets changed. Few meters from the building are 3 swimming pools (1 for children) which are daily cleaned and treated. Staff at the swimming pool will not allow to use them past 6.30PM for your own safety. Very nice beach just past the swimming pools. Security guards are at the gate and at the beach so you can feel secure all time. Going to the beach we used to leave our personal things with the security guard. You may swim in the ocean but careful on strong currents in the later afternoon hours. Kongo river worth to visit-just 30 min walk on the beach. DEFINITELY WE WILL BE BACK TO THIS PLACE.

I have stayed in a lot of apartments in Mombasa and Mtwapa over the 3 years and this is definitely the best... very clean and cleaned very well on cleaning day...the Host Lydia very responsive to any questions. The apartment is situated in the centre of Mtwapa so easy for food and restaurants. I will be definitely booking again with you Lydia. When back in December. And thank you for an enjoyable stay. Sehr freundliche Kommunikation, umgehende Reaktion auf Nachfragen, tolles Apartment (wie beschrieben). Auf Nachfrage haben wir ein Apartment mit großem Balkon und direktem Meerblick erhalten! Die Apartmentanlage selbst war mal ein großes Hotel, das nach Schließung vor wohl rd. 3 Jahren leider fast gar nicht mehr gepflegt wird. In unmittelbarer Umgebung begindet sich ein gutes Restaurant zum Frühstücken und/oder Essen. Zusammenfassend heißt das, dass die Apartments zwar klasse und einen Aufenthalt wert sind, aber das Gebäude und die Außenanlagen „zu wünschen übrig lassen“. Das gilt auch für die Pools und vor allem die am schönen Strand befindlichen Strandliegen (überwiegend kaputt und schmutzig).
