Spot reindeer, otters, moose, or even whales, and watch the Northern Lights from the porch. Steps away, enjoy a panoramic sauna by the water. A traditional BBQ hut is available as an optional rental. This is our beloved home, and many guests tell us they fall in love with it too. Few places blend comfort and wilderness like this. We never tire of it—and hope you will, too.

This tiny guesthouse has the most beautiful view directly from your kitchen and sleeping room window. Since there's no street lights around, it's the perfect place to watch the Aurora and enjoy a relaxing private getaway in the Arctic. We live next door with our 6-year old son and cat. Designer lodge with sea-side sauna and hot-tub

Beautiful designer house by the sea in the countryside 1 hrs drive from the city of Tromsø. The area is great for hiking, skiing, fishing with the midnight sun in the summer and aurora borealis during winter. Included in your stay there is a woodfired sauna placed by the sea with a fireplace and a cosy indoor chill-zone. We charge NOK 250,- per sac of firewood used to heat these facilities . To prepare and fill the hot tub for you to use during your stay, we charge a fee at NOK 2000,-

OBS…The cabin does not have a water installation . Charging of electric vehicles is directed to charging point with app payment (cloudCharge). Charging other places are total forbidden 🚫.

Authentic Arctic Husky Lodge • Wood-fired Sauna

Stay on a real family-run husky farm in Arctic Norway, home to more than 35 friendly Alaskan huskies. Our traditional Norwegian lodge is surrounded by forest, between Tromsø, Senja and Narvik, making it the perfect base for road trips, hiking and exploring Northern Norway. During your stay, you can book a visit with our huskies, husky cart tour (weather permitting), canoe trip or our wood-fired sauna. Perfect apartment for larger groups and family

The apartment is a part of a semi detached house, and rooms up to 12 people. Perfect for family vacations and larger groups. Very spacious with own porch and a lovely view over Tromsø. The bus terminal is 1 km. away, and a small shuttle bus serves the area during peek hours. There is free parking with room for several cars. We recommend renting a car. The house is close to a flood-lit track for hiking enthusiasts. It has a sauna which guests are welcome to use.

Lad batteriene på dette unike og rolige overnattingsstedet. Her ha du fjellene og havet til nabo og kan slappe av eller oppleve eventyr rundt omkring hele Kvaløya og Tromsøya. Du kan bruke hele huset med to soverom og en sovesofa i stua med plass opp til 6 personer. Hvis du trenger en liten ekstra, har vi en liten badstue med deilig panorama. Best egnet til opp til 4 personer. Utsikten går utover vakre Ersfjorden og du bor helt i slutten av Naustbuktveien.

Gamtunet - idyllic cabin - spectacular location

Gamtunet is a charming old log house with a top modern architectural extension including all commodities. The view is spectacular encompassing the Lyngen landscape from the view to the Ulsfjord to the alpine peaks of Trollvasstind, Sofiatind and the Jiehkkevárri massif. We still have lots of snow in the mountains so it looks like skiing will be good all through May at least.

Rakkebu, 25 km from Tromsø city

Only 23 km from the airport in Tromsø. Built in 2007. Perfect conditions for watching aurora borealis because you are well away from the lights of the city. Many aurora guids bring guests to this area. If you are very lucky you can also watch killer whales (orcas) from the beach just below the cottage. Reindeers and other animals also live in this area.
