We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this place. The host provided clear instructions, making check-in easy. The location is excellent, has wonderful sea view. The house is clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, it truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely come back on our next trip!

We had a very comfortable 6 day stay. The only thing is, as I've said to the team, they need to get extractor fan working for the upstairs bathroom as the mould on its ceiling is unpleasant. There were a few furniture chips and damp stains in places when we arrived. Otherwise everything else was pleasant and comfortable. Lots of space, great location and brilliant communication from Jovial Suite. Thank you again!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Edward's apartment. All the amenities were great, such as the wifi and TV. Having a functional kitchen allowed us to cater for ourselves if we wanted to do so. The best feature is the balcony which oversees a stunning setting. Edward is a great host who communicated with us constantly. Nothing was an issue for him to sort out. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone wishing to visit and stay on Penang Island as the location is central to everything.

Place is exactly what I needed what that time. Big comfortable flat, comfy bad, great view for really good price. City is not walkable at all, so was great location to go anywhere by taxi or bike. Thank you hosts for being so friendly and responsive.

It was a very comfortable stay for four. Spacious, clean and convenient with the facilities & amenities provided. Check in instructions were easy to follow. Lotus was nearby and many food options at straits quay. Highly recommended.

The apartment is located at Straits Quay which is a great location.. It is close to the beach and supermarket. and the host Zi was incredibly responsive to our needs. Highly recommend!. We had a wonderful stay at Zi's place.

Best place to stay for staycation. Nice and clean. have 2 car parks, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Able to cook, have nice beds and large living room hall. Quite place to sleep. Fast internet connection

This place could easily hold 15 of us. The whole house was spacious and we really enjoyed the all the amenities provided. The price is really worth it for what is offered. Will sure pick this place again if coming back to Sungai Petani.

The property was absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the beach—it was such a peaceful and scenic spot to relax. The location is also quite convenient, being not too far from Penang Hill, which made sightseeing easy. The room was very clean and incredibly spacious, offering plenty of comfort. One of the best features was that every room had its own balcony, allowing us to enjoy the fresh air and views at any time of day. The staff were also really helpful and supportive throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, a wonderful stay! I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway in Penang.

Excellent place to stay at. Exactly as described, clean and easy to access. Tesco just across the street, 24 hours convenient store downstairs. Great services and quick response from the host! Very helpful in many ways. Will stay again for sure.
