We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.

Hyresvärden suverän! Svarade alltid snabbt och hjälpsam med allt. Fin och fräsch lägenhet med fin utsikt. Svårt med parkering om man inte vill betala 12 euro per dag. Enda nackdelen var att det kostade 7 euro / pers för att bada i poolen, 5 euro nere vid havet.

Amazing stay in this beautiful property. If you are looking for a gorgeous home, beautiful pool and garden, close to restaurants and the beach, look no further! Really is beautiful gem. Hosts are amazing made us feel so welcome and offer 5* service. One downside is alot of dogs and birds at night, probably not suitable for babies or young children but didn't bother us at all. Maison fidèle aux photos, de nombreuses chambres indépendantes les unes des autres avec leur propre salle de bain. Il y a de nombreuses places de parking pour se garer. La villa est à 5 minutes à pied du centre de ksamil avec accès aux différents restaurants, supermarchés, pharmacies etc

Elo’s hospitality is unparalleled- he was extremely accommodating and helpful with everything. I absolutely recommend staying with him as a host!

Super logement, calme, très propre avec une grande cour et un beau jardin fleuri et arboré parfaits avec des enfants! L'agence comme les propriétaires sont très réactifs. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

Zostaliśmy tylko na jedną noc w lutym, ale żałuję i na pewno wrócimy tu jeszcze raz. Wspaniałe miejsce u wspaniałego człowieka. Pokoje i łazienka wyglądają naprawdę ładnie. W łazience geberit, umywalka nablatowa i podtynkowy prysznic. To mówi samo za siebie. A zasłony są dobrane pod kolor puf i narzut. Petarda! Estetyka tego miejsca na najwyższym poziomie. Sprzęty w kuchni były chyba nowe, nigdy nie używane - nowy toster, lśniący czajnik i garnki. Denis dba o to miejsce jak mało kto. Godzina zameldowania była bardzo wczesna, a Denis wyszedł przywitać nas osobiście. Nawet nagrzał nam pokój! (na zewnątrz było 10 stopni). Na wyposażeniu smart TV, szybki internet, prawdziwa suszarka do włosów (nie taka jak te beznadziejne hotelowe suszarki), klapki, środki czystości, nowe gąbki itd. Byliśmy zachwyceni. Denis polecił nam restauracje i atrakcje na dalszy wyjazd, a także powiedział kilka ciekawostek historycznych o Albanii. Dałbym dziesięć gwiazdek.

We had an incredible stay here, while in Ksamil. Communication and kindness were next level!! We truly appreciated each day and felt comfortable! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

I had a great time in Besnik’s place. He was very responsive. This apartment is great for nearby access to the resort. What was impressive to me what the cleanliness. We also enjoyed the morning coffee. My family was content and the value of what you pay for the service is a great deal.
